Extremely disappointed with the shipment time and customer service. I ordered two products over a month ago and I have yet to receive my package. As I ordered from Canada I was unable to get a tracking number. As listed on the website packages are suppose to be delivered in 6 to 8 buisness days. After my package had still not been delivered I contacted the store as well as the carrier and I was told that nothing can be done and my package might take anywhere from 45 to 60 days to deliver. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of support and false promises. These products were meant for an event prior to that time frame, therefore if knowing this I would have ordered elsewhere. When asked if I can file a lost package claim I was again told I had to wait for atleast 30 business days to do so. It will be my first and last time ordering from this company.

We visited the store on 9/23…The manager was very rude and talks back of the customers.Also she was rude to her employees.I wouldn’t visit the store if she is there

Emma was extremely helpful! We came in a little before the store was closing. it was busy but she was attentive to our needs and went out of her way to find the dress in the window my 14 year old’s size! We left with shoes dress and she is ready for her 8th graduation. My daughter (also named Emma) loves her new dress! Thank you Windsor! Store was clean and rest of the staff were polite as well.

my worst customer service store I've ever been to. the African-American consultant girl sent to Hell and said that I would get out of the store, the reason was that I took the wrong amount of dress to try on, while standing in line for about an hour.

Nope. This place can kick rocks. I purchased an item that did not have a tag. And I even decided to be polite and bring another of the same item with a tag so they can scan. They scanned it, took my money, etc. I decided to return it a week later because I just couldn’t get the zipper to stay up. The same girl who rang me up said “if a tag is missing, I always put a tag on” I said that I believe that, but this time, they didn’t. And she and her manager proceeded to look me in the eye and basically call me a liar. Manager repeated “when a tag is missing, she puts one on” - so you’re telling me you remember every single transaction? And they refused to give me my money back, just store credit. Where the heck is the customer service in that? To be fair, the girl that rang me up is a nice person, and other than having a little too much blind faith in her habits and willingness to call a customer a liar, I don’t have a problem with her. If you need a club outfit In a pinch, I get it. But don’t go here expecting Nordstrom service.
