I do not recommend working with Windermere Real Estate Mount Baker Office.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with one of their agents, Mark Chavez. Throughout our interaction, Mark was unprofessional and uncooperative. He refused to provide essential information and seemed more interested in protecting his interests rather than facilitating a smooth transaction. His lack of knowledge and clarity caused significant frustration and confusion.
I would not recommend working with him. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would, but unfortunately, I had to give him one star, which he doesn't deserve.
If their agents act like that, it means this behavior is allowed by the brokerage or they don’t train their agents as they should. Therefore, I do not recommend interacting with this brokerage.

I absolutely love working with this office. Joe Easterday, the Designated Broker/Owner, not only provides amazing support for brokers but also has a dedicated supporting cast who provide transaction coordination, marketing and social media. My colleagues are not only collaborative and helpful, but a lot of fun!

The Windermere Mount Baker office is a wonderful office to work at and represent. You really can't go wrong working with anyone out of this office - years of expertise, collaboration and true care is put into everything we do.

they scammed me. The head broker Joe Easterday scammed me out of my house when it was not listed. He and the buyer would cold call on me again and again when I told them I did not want to do this went then they all came en mass and would not leave. remember, my house was NOT listed. when I tried to get out of it they intimidated me more. I was an elderly woman alone with three of them against me. todayI would have called the police on them or hosed them down if they showed up on my property again

This office has some of the best agents in the area. Great hospitality, nice people and endless support for both clients and agents. I had a wonderful experience working with one of their agents last year and they are definitely my go to real estate office.
