If you like to be ignored... this is your place. They certainly do not believe in customer service / customer updates. Nor, apparently, thorough inspection and estimates. And don't get me started the most important aspect, the final outcome... completely unsatisfactory. Had to go elsewhere to fix what they "fixed" Horrible experience all around.

I made an effort to work with Service King. After 30 minutes on the phone and being dropped, I finally got through to a human at a call center, who was clearly not local as he did not know the Seattle topography. Anyhow, he told me it would be over 2 months just to get my car in for a look. A business that's so backed up doesn't need any more business from me. If it's this difficult to get in before they've been paid, imagine what it must be like to get help after the fact should you need any additional support or warranty assistance. It turns out they are nation wide and are primarily owned by the investment group Blackstone Inc. (source: Wikipedia) It's evident they are more focused on bottom line than good customer service.

My insurance directed me to this business but I took it to the West Seattle location I took my car here even though I lived near the Rainier location because I felt the location near me was snobby and I didn't feel right over there. They gave me an impression like they didn't care and would help me. West Seattle was far the best out of all their locations. Excellent customer service. They text me status and kept me updated on my car. I would recommend them to anyone. When my insurance recommended Service King I called all their branches they were either too busy to answer their calls, back logged or said they couldn't work on my car. This location was so friendly, courteous and dedicated to their customer. I was very happy I took my car to them. They got my car done and I was so glad they were there to help me and get me in and get my car done in a timely manner Thanks Again Service King of West Seattle. They get a 5 star rating from Me

I had to take my car in, my insurance provided this location, when I took my car in, I received the best service from this two young gentleman, they were helpful, professional, they answered all my questions and provided additional information I didn't think of asking, they have been sending me updates regularly

I left my car last Wednesday 5/25/22 and was told it would be finished the following Wednesday and no later than Friday. The bumper was knocked off and there was a scratch. I received a message Tuesday saying the car was being painted. I called today Thursday and was told it was getting ready to be painted and it could be as late as next Tuesday before it's ready. He said they had 5-10 days to complete the work. The person I spoke to didn't have a very customer service attitude. I'm not happy as I have a 90 lb dog I need to get around and the rental car company doesn't allow dogs in the car. Won't use them again.

My neighbor travelled overseas. Before traveling she asked me to pick up her car from Service King collision at west Seattle. Ian processed the paper work and asked me to wait so he can get the car. I asked him if the car automatic. He replied no it is stick shift . I told him that I can't drive cars with stick shift transmission and I asked him if he can drive me to my friend's location and I will drive him back using my car. He said ok. I felt a huge relief. I was amazed by the customer service of that guy and his positive attitude. This business should be lucky to have such an employee. Thank you Ian for your great customer service. Moreover, The car paint was amazing like new. Great place.

I've had a lot of vehicle repair experiences, but never one as smooth, professional and fast as this one. My Toyota Tacoma was damaged by someone else in a fender bender recently and needed a new quarter panel, paint and trim body work. As a first time customer, I was super pleased that upon just walking up, Sylvia was able to come out assess and photograph the damage on the spot and schedule a repair intake just a few days later. In just a couple hours she had a detailed estimate emailed to me and the insurance company who was paying. A few hours after dropping my vehicle for the repair work, I received a text advising me when they expected to have the work completed, followed by daily texts confirming the work was on-schedule. Then Adam called to let me know they had finished a day ahead of schedule, and the work all looks great! Wow! Thanks Service King!

Excellent friendly professional service from Service King in West Seattle. This is the second experience I've had with this team. Sylvia was the assessor and comprehensively assessed and reviewed the damage. Brad coordinated the repair. The repair was rather minor, simply an overnight replacement of a rocker panel on a 2000 BMW 328ci. I picked up the car and drove it home 24 hours after completion. The repair was well accomplished and looked as good as new. I park in a very secure garage down on the beach. This morning when I attempted to run some errands, the car battery was dead. Considering I'm OCD about insuring the car is secure daily, ie. no lights left on or door ajar, or bonnet or trunk ajar, I was very surprised. The battery is approximately 2 months old and a top of the line Les Schwab battery. I immediately suspected Service King and called. Within minutes Brad drove down to my condominium and jump started the car. Service at its very best and beyond the call of duty! At any rate I immediately drove it to Les Schwab for a battery test and it was at 91%. I can only attribute the dead battery to an anomaly or fluke. My gratitude is to Brad, the young man, from Service King who immediately followed up on my concern and drove his truck and battery pack down to my place to troubleshoot my problem. That is beyond The call call of duty and for that I will always return to Service King for their great personnel and service, even though as it turned out, they were not at fault or liable for the dead battery. All the Best to Service King and Brad for the great old school service. Much Appreciated!!!

Had such a great experience with this place!! Brad and Sylvia were very helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process of my car getting fixed. The whole process was so quick!! A lot faster than I expected and they worked with my schedule so well. I recommend!!

These guys are polite, professional, tech-savvy and true to their word! They even worked overtime to get my car ready BEFORE the long labor day weekend! (I hadn't even asked them to do that - they just wanted to make sure their customers were happy! What a great surprise to get a call that my car was ready Friday instead of the following Tuesday!) They sent email updates along the way - it was great. And the work turned out BEAUTIFULLY! (I found them via my insurance, Allstate.) And they only charged me the Allstate deductible. THANK YOU GUYS!!! My Honda looks gorgeous again!

If they ask you if they can send your car to a sister repair shop, say No! I if you say yes, your car goes into a kind of limbo for which neither shop takes responsibility and no one contacts you

I called Kiet's Auto Body & asked if I could send in photos of what was needed to be repaired for an estimate. Got such quick response with even an official detailed estimate invoice sent to me via email within only a few hours. Didn't even have to come in. He was really so helpful!!

Unfortunately, I've had to make use of Service King West Seattle's services. I did find it hard to find a parking space outside of the building but once parked I appreciated the helpfulness of the office staff. They were communicative during the process with the insurance company and the car rental. Our car was considered totaled by the insurance company so we didn't get a chance to see the quality of the repair work.

I got five estimates for a new bumper. Kiet was the lowest by $150. The work was started and finished when he promised and they did a good job. Also convenient to the light rail. I would definitely go back.

I brought my car to West Seattle Service King. The nicest people. They were not expecting me because I had gotten confused on where my insurance company wanted me to go. They made time to see me immediately and went through my insurance company to get everything approved quickly. They did not accept inferior parts that wasn't right for my car. Got part from Lexus. Car looked amazing when done! They kept me informed of details and time frame on what to expect. You get nervous when you have a car you love get hit and now I know where to go if it happens again.
