Wells Fargo was the first American banking chain I had as a child. I guess technically my first bank would be a sculpture piggy bank or the sort, so Wells Fargo was an introduction to the American banking industry. This Shoreline location was located conveniently at the top of the hill and had friendly workers. Pre-2008 we ran into some problems when my sister overdrew money from her account and Wells Fargo took the amount overdrawn out of my account without asking or notifying me. The best we could figure was they took the money from me without asking as my parent(s) was(were) a cosigner(s) on the account. Neither my sister nor Wells Fargo gave me my money back. It was a happy departure on my part.

This place was great when it was open. I really hope they fully open up again, because I find dealing with bank drive-throughs very uncomfortable. I'll take my burgers through a drive-through, but when I comes to dealing with my bank account I prefer normal human interaction.

This place is temporarily closed. People are great here but wasn't convenient for me. Tried this place for like 3 times in 3 months.

I have reason to believe that there is a teller at this branch that sends out customer information to unauthorized third parties, likely via her mobile phone. I have tried reporting this to Wells Fargo numerous times and am hindered by them asking me about a mysterious account password, which I believe is an excuse to sweep this situation under the rug. The teller has initials B.G. and her mom owns a senior care company in Seattle that banks with Wells Fargo. B.G. has given her mom private customer information (for Wells Fargo customers who work at her moms company) on at least 3 occasions, 2 of which I can substantiate easily with dates and other evidence. This information has included images of checks sent possibly via her personal mobile phone, account balances, and reports of when clients have been to her branch. This is appalling and Wells Fargo needs to stop allowing it to continue.

Though the lines are usually minimal staff are super friendly. Around the first of the month things usually get baked up.
