I've been a long time customer here at Wells fargo....am dyslexic..and every once in a while I need a little extra help be it cashier or managers ..They have always treated me with respect and helped me threw a few minor snaffos... .So just saying Thank you ..

I always use to come to this location, but they only have 1-2 tellers and atleast 10 people in line. Only one banker most of the time it’s the manager and he doesn’t do much but tell everyone in line “sorry for the wait we’ll be with you shortly, we are under staffed”. I get your understaffed, but your a bank, your suppose to be providing convenience. Key bank is right next door I made an account with them and there’s never a line when I go

Avoid this location at all cost. I have banked with WF for over 30 years. The bankers on Aurora are inept, incompetent, and racially profile. My experience today has left me sickened. Fernando Gallego, Theo Tarver, should be utterly ashamed. WF is scraping the bottom of the barrel. WF on greenwood would NEVER have been this unprofessional. The hookers on Aurora are probably better at knowing how to handle a transaction than these fools.

They wouldn't let me buy quarters without having an account. Chase doesn't do that. Wells Fargo has a bad reputation and they don't seem to do anything to try to fix it.

Always more than 10 people waiting and only 1 teller. This is the worst wells fargo in the state if they can't help people they should close this place.

I like this location,but today,s management dissapointed me, need some good training or capacity building on being flexible. I was sitting over 25 min, no one even asked why i.m here. After all, the lady ( manager ) came and said today is too late to solve my (simple) issue. They are short stuff, but 10 sec takes to ask why customer is there . Good example can be other banks, they come ask you quickly what is your purpose of visit.

I come here frequently on Saturdays in the late morning. This branch is ALWAYS incredibly understaffed on Saturdays, and rude to customers who wait in line for 30-60 minutes just to make a basic withdrawal. It’s incredible to me that there is consistently a wait time of 30-60 minutes on Saturdays, but they do nothing to fix their staff shortages. This is a consistent issue, and I’m sick and tired of waiting for ages just to get some quarters. Ridiculous.

Would give no stars if possible - Carolina the manager was incredibly rude to me. Wanted to make a basic withdrawal and she only said I could take out half. This is one of the biggest Wells Fargo branches in Seattle and they can't accommodate a simple withdrawal. She also uttered profanities to me in Spanish. Grigory - the new teller was also incredibly rude to me as well. He kept interrupting me as well. I am honestly getting sick of backing with Wells Fargo - Carolina and Grigory so rude to me. Never coming back to this location.

As always the branch is understaffed. It’s Friday before the holiday and the first of the month. Try planning like the rest of the business world and staff accordingly. Two tellers with one that just started two days ago is ridiculous. There are 12 people in line 3 have walked away and every transaction takes 10+ minutes. One more reason why I question why I still bank here.
