John was so helpful and kind! He made everything super easy for us when we needed to update some things on our Oxford House account. Total pro. The tellers are always efficient and friendly too. And many of them are multilingual! Glad to have this place in my neighborhood.

Bankers doesn't even know how interest rates work. She had to look it up on the internet and explain it to me. She then continues to explain they are not allowed to "do any math" or make any promises. Imagine a banker has to do banking math. I would assume customers can expect a banker to provide a simple, theoretical example to explain given deposit A, the account will have B at the end of the term according to whatever advertisement the bank is promoting. How do you sell your promotion or financial products if the people working there can't explain how basic compounding interest on an account works. Even she looked embarrassed at how much her bank was going to give me for the money I loan them to make money off of by lending it back out to other people hundreds of times.

I've really only used the atm on numerous occasions and I did get money. Well, except for that one time I went late at night and discovered they don't allow late night transactions at atm. I dont blame them for that though. The area can be shady even during the day.

ATM was covered in something unimaginable, I suspect vomit or urine, or a combination of the two. The door facing Lake City Way is locked full time now. At least the staff gave me some wet wipes to clean off my fingers. A disgrace to a multi-billion dollar company.

I went there three times to cash a Canadian check and each time they told me something different, I decided to go somewhere else and I was unable to cash it because they marked it. Everyone here does not know what they're doing.

We have been Wells customers for years. The service at this branch has gone from acceptable to just plain bad. Popped in yesterday to see a banker for help with a couple of transactions that we could not do online. Got ignored by the 2 bankers at their desks, and were finally rather rudely informed by a teller that we needed to make an appointment. What kind of bank doesn't have bankers available when you need help?
