very bad customer service by a banker naked Alvis. he told me my business does not show in SOS. i guess He keep typing the wrong UBI number several times just to get the wrong information. after leaving the bank i checked my self and it was there i called SOS to check if there is any issue and the business was active and nothing wrong and filing done onetime. i never expected such bad experience from a banker.

The staff are not helpful at all. The branch was completely empty, I came in for a wire transfer. They wanted me to wait 30 minutes for a personal banker while The branch manager and teller stood in the front with nobody around. Never going here again

I went into this branch already frustrated because of a long hold that was placed on my check and after 5 phone calls and a branch visit Sheria was the first one who took the time to help me get to the bottom of the hold as opposed to just reading the notes left on my account and telling me there's nothing to do but wait. She called around to her internal resources and waited on hold being transferred around for a long time for me. She was a pleasure to work with and redeemed WF in my eyes.

Busy lobby....one teller. Two other employees chilling at their desks without customers....Arris (the employee pictured here). Free tip Arris - go and help out by opening another window and helping get the customers through instead of just staring at your screen.

I needed to get a cashiers check and ths branch was the closest location off the freeway. Read the reviews and there must've been a change in management. I experienced the best friendly, genuine and courteous service from Sheria. She was the only one working when I came in. She had helped 2 others before me. I didn't mind waitng. In fact, if you're in a hurry, you probably shouldn't go out of your house, HA!Even when I discovered I made a mistake with the check, I came back in and she fixed it, no questioned asked!Had a great experience! :)

Avoid using this bank. Horrible customer service! No respect! They do not care about you or your time.I wish there is a zero star to give them. The worst manager who doesn’t have any idea how important your time is. I have been to this bank twice just to open an account. Not opened but frustrated and left. I will never go to WellsFargo again!

Many people work all day and when they leave the banks they are closed but they have the option of the ATM to withdraw or deposit but this bank does not activate the censor that reads the microchips to open the door and today they closed it with a key I do not have a car and I have to go away and have to go through in the middle of gang members

I drive a little further to come to this branch because the staff there is always genuinely polite and fast and efficient when time is important. There isn't a drive thru so its become my choice when I need to see a banker. The Atm is inside and can be accessed with atm card after hours which is great.

I found this Branch very welcoming. Meghan was very professional, one of my best banking experiences in quite a while. They also seem to be well set up for Covid social distancing.

Wells Fargo is a phenomenal bank. However this location doesn’t practice social distancing and I saw Megan (the woman I had an appointment with) rubbing her nose underneath her mask. Honestly, it was disgusting, I won’t be returning to this branch. Let’s also not forget, her greeting was terribly rude and irritable, you can tell she’s the kind of person who doesn’t respect her clients.

3 minutes late to my appointment and Megan was unable to help me. Extremely disappointed with the service at this location, not to mention she is the one who moved my appointment from 12 to 12:45. This is terribly frustrating and it’s difficult to understand the benefits of branches when 9/10 they are unable to serve you. Definitely don’t recommend this location.
