Terrible management, customer service and waiting to long. It wasbt like this 7 yrs ago. It was diverse, more bank teller and friendly people. Today you only see people's from same race with terrible customer, and rude. Wellsfargo need to hire more people's from different backgrounds and trained them professionally.

I tried to book an appointment here through the app, but was unsuccessful. Fortunately, when I called someone answered the phone and I was able to get in to the branch to deposit a bunch of rolled coins. I found the phone staff and teller to be prompt and helpful. There's plenty of parking in the back and a drive up ATM I've used a lot in the past, too.
