I had to add my wife back on to our checking account, Wells Fargo would not let us do a walk in appointment. This branch forced us to go somewhere else and refused to help. Awful customer experience and would not recommend.

I’m glad I came to this branch to open a joint checking account with my wife. Tia answered all our questions and she walked us through the online enrollment.The overall experience at the branch was great, very recommended.

I came in asking to add name to ExpressSend. The teller was very nice. But the banker told teller to tell me that she would have a business client in 15 minutes and cannot help me. I work nearny so i thought i walked there doing quick. The banker stood right there without even direct her response to me. Maybe bc I'm Asian? The teller was very nice to be honest.

Tia Um went above and beyond assisting me in opening an account and initiating a wire transfer when my bank refused. I look forward to being a Wells Fargo customer! Tina was courteous and respectful, and a terrific asset to the bank!

Probably the worst customer experience I've seen on a bank branch. There was only one banker working with one customer. She was not polite. She told us that we should consider another branch because the wait was going to be at least 30 min. We told her it was fine. After 45min, I asked how much longer it would take. She recommended again to go to another branch because she may need another 45 min (yes, 90 minutes to open a checking account). She was not willing to provide a good customer experience. Three angry customers left during the wait time. Not sure how they can keep this branch open.

I stopped in to make a loan payment, which I usually do online. The manager was waiting in front of the door and greeted me, which was nice. She directed me to get in line, then decided she could help me. When I told her what I needed to do, she worriedly told me it would be a cash advance. I said sure, no problem. Unless, is that a problem? The way you're looking at me is making me concerned.. she anxiously told me my bank would probably charge me approx $150 for my transaction.. I was shocked and went to google if that was true, then my phone died and my baby started crying. I asked if she could google whether or not my bank actually charged what she had estimated since my phone had just died and things seemed to be suddenly going awry. She said no and anxiously rattled off a bunch of useless suggestions, I backed away, thanked her and left with my crying baby while she continued yelling useless info at me until I was out the door. I called my bank and they don't even charge for cash advance payments. So all that anxiety and hassle for nothing. Wow. One star for anxiously greeting me at the door.

Wouldn't give me a roll of quarters. Said I needed to have an account at Wells Fargo. I have two loans with you people. Never had a problem getting change at Chase or any other place. You're just a bank, get over yourselves.

Ok, so I was in a hurry, I needed to deposit a few checks but as usual, I was playing beat the clock. Running late and inconveniently had my dog in tow which makes everything take longer. I went to the Elliott bay Wells against my better judgment. I pulled into a parking spot and eyeballed the ATM, but no, I decided to go inside. I was greeted by a nice enough teller who wanted to shake hands and ask a bunch of personal questions. I starting stressing because I wasn't expecting to have a tea party at the bank. I just wanted to get my deposit made and get on with my day. I get it, there's a lot of competition out there in the banking world, so, if by shaking my hand and over engaging me in small talk about my personal life guarentees I'll never consider leaving Wells Fargo....
