This location makes me wonder why I bank with Wells Fargo at all. My online bank has a better app, better service but no physical locations. The ONE reason I keep Wells Fargo is to go in person for certain deposits, this location kept me at the counter for 20 minutes, invalidated my check, told me they couldn’t deposit it and I would have to come back again with a replacement check.

The individual I worked with was extremely unhelpful and disrespectful. I would highly recommend going to a different bank.

There is always only 2 working and always have to wait 50 minutes for a transaction.

This location makes you doubt why you have wells fargo as a bank in the first place. They killed 20 mins of my time & tell me to come the next day. The teller was training an employee while i was standing there waiting. The person with the name Nell, who claims is the manager came out after 10 mins & basically repeated what the teller said. Just stay away from this location.

The service were very good last Tuesday morning. The management Amanee was friendly and helpful to taking care of me when I visited the bank. Thank you for both the other support team also when I came in and helped me out with my needs.

I need to go to Wells Fargo to deposit cash and checks for work. Everytime I go I am reminded how happy I am with Wafd and that I don't bank with Wells Fargo. This location generally has one teller working and empty desks. It's obvious that in person banking is a thing of the past at Wells Fargo. The Georgetown location isn't any better. I have been standing in line writing this review because I'm bored. I should probably bring my laptop next time so I can work while I stand in line.

I've been here 4 times and each time I had a 30 - 45 minute wait. Only one teller open each time with a long line of 5 - 15 people. They should hire more employees or shut down operations, very simple.

RAINIER AVE Wells Fargo is the worst bank in the world don't go there! Long lines 1 teller I went the other day and it was closed with a note on the door saying sorry horrid!
