After over 30 years of banking at Wells Fargo, my accounts were terminated with no notice. For so called non compliance. One of their bots caught a PO address on one of the accounts and kicked me to the curb with no appeal to amend the situation. My branch didn't even have a manager to talk to and help out. I knew this bank was bad, but I didn't realize they were this bad. I had to scramble to change banks and with less than a week's notice, I had to deal with all the auto deposits so as to not miss my social security and pension deposits. It was a complete train wreck and I with I could give them a no star review.

Andrea is maybe the best wells fargo employee I’ve ever worked with. She’s kind, knowledgeable, and always remembers our family. She does an incredible job.

Unnati Arora and Andrea Farred were both extremely helpful and very kind when I came in to set up an account. Ms. Arora helped me pick out a credit card as well as regain access to my old account from years back. I had a wonderful experience while setting up my account and I very much appreciate the time and care that was given to me during my visit!I strongly recommend the SLU branch for all your banking needs. It is conveniently located and all staff members I interacted with were respectful and pleasant to talk to.Thank you for the wonderful customer service! I also appreciate the follow up call to ensure things are going well! :)

For some reason, they have 10 staff but only a single one is able to assist anyone. They also are so incredibly slow that of you will stand there for 30 minutes and wait, and be completely ignored!

I'm glad this branch is here. The manager is very helpful.The branches all have names. Google Maps does not know about Wells Fargo branch names. Maybe it could learn the names?BTW, the Wells Fargo Belltown branch is not in Belltown.

Go Pound Salt -- Only It's Not Spelled That Way Wells is known by many in the biz to be the hardest place to deal with. As a customer, my experience is they will always find a reason not to do something. This includes the time I needed a letter written by Wells to the US government so the govt would send US savings bond proceeds to my Wells account, thus enabling me to pay living expenses. I had been their Platinum account holder for many years when they denied this request. Earlier in my career I was their engineer and learned that their technical staff in our division turned over about one third of their 225 person staff each year. They pay little yet demand much, making them the place everyone loves to hate. You have to be able to find a better place than this to trust with the honor of your business. WSECU has worked well for me, though by all means go with the one that looks good to you, just not Wells.

They did not help me with my request which was closing an account and asked me irrelevant questions to my request. I told them I just want to close the account and they told me to call customer service!! I asked why they don’t close my account in the branch they said they’re waiting for an appointment. There was no customer in the bank except me, and closing an account takes less than one minute maybe two. I’m sure they would find time if my request was opening an account instead.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 15 years, and am happier than ever. This location has always been a personal favorite, and additionally, thank you to Sarah and her amazing team for the help with a stressful recent issue I had regarding account security. Handled like pros, quickly and efficiently. As always!

Extremely attentive customer service - I walked in without an appointment to open a new account and was immediately received, heard, and then only had to wait a few minutes to get some time with a banker. In an out in under an hour!

I walked into the location this morning just as I did last year to order a large amount of Japanese yen. Before I could get a whole sentence out the teller told me to just use the app. I tried to explain that I needed to specify smaller bills and she tells me they don’t do that. I say they did it last year and she then says I can do that on the app... I can’t. She then tells me that ordering from the app is easier even though I walked to the branch to complete a service and am now being told to just go use the app. As I’m leaving, having been able to conduct no business, she offers to help me use the app. Have foreign currency order policies changed in the last year? Are tellers just pushing app use now?
