As so many reviewers are saying, the pharmacy service is terrible. Not every time, but enough times to make me wonder why I ever come in here. The store itself is fine. The one pharmacist with the beard and long hair is dismissive and rude nearly every time I come in.

Don't go here for FedEx drop off. I showed the lady the QR code and she looked at me like I was stupid. They kept insisting I needed a printed label even when I showed them I wasn't emailed one. They must not have processed a drop-off this decade. Went to the Walgreens on 15th and Market and they handled it no problem.

Was lied to by the clerk in the pharmacy: she claimed I couldn't use a manufacturer's coupon on a prescription because my diagnosis didn't match the coupon's terms. That was patently false (confirmed with insurance and manufacturer). It's fine if you're busy and you don't know what's happening but say that, don't lie.

I watched an employee accuse a Black woman of stealing with no evidence—seemed like racial profiling to me

Manager would accept 2 out of the 3 100 dollar bills I had because he was too young to know they reprint bills within every few years. Although the early 2000s hundred dollar bill had a serial number and I had a forgery marker handy in my vehicle. ( I bartend for a living so I have multiple) he proceeds to tell me the markers don't work at his store and i couldn't handle but contain my laughter and paid the rest of the due balance.... Ignorance is bliss these days but if I can't pay with cash I just withdrew out of an atm without being accused of fake bills would be amazing. I hope his life gets better and he has a great holiday season. Much love and vent over

Asia who works at the cosmetics department was so sweet and amazing!!! She was super friendly and helped me pick out skin care and told me about discounts happening at the store. It was such a great experience shopping here. Thank you Asia:))))

My husband was really sick and needed his prescription filled and they failed to do it in a timely manner. After spending 45 minutes on hold, It took them 2 days to get his medication ready. I also got sick a couple days later and got my prescription sent to the pharmacy and was told it would be ready within an hour. I called to make sure it was ready, spent 30 minutes on hold, and they told me it couldn't be filled for another 4 days. Never sending any prescriptions here ever again. 0/10 dont recommend.

Life is too short to deal with rude and unhelpful staff when you are just trying to get a prescription refilled or calling with a question. I started filling prescriptions here after many years at Bartell because they were too unreliable, but I am transferring my prescription from this location after one month because it's not worth the unpleasantness.

This is easily one of the best pharmacies in the area. And I've used several. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The only consistent problem is the horrible entitled customers who stand in line and loudly complain that they aren't being served yet. Then I suppose they come here and write bad reviews. I bet some of these people have never written a good review of anything. The pharmacy is open 7 days a week, and closes at the same time every day for a lunch break. The lunch break time is posted on standing placards in large letters and, like I said, it's the same time every day, all year long. But there's always someone who forgets this and complains that it was closed the last time they were here. Folks - they all eat lunch at the same time because there must always be a pharmacist available to answer questions, the assistants can't do that. The drive-up window is also efficient, if you order your meds ahead of time on the easy-to-use app. Also then you don't have to listen to the whiners. Win-win!

The pharmacy is horrible. The rudest woman I’ve ever dealt with. I went in yesterday to refill my prescription and the one guy was sassy and said it’s because I hadn’t given them my phone number?? And then I went back to pick it up today and this lady was HORRIBLY RUDE. And then they didn’t even have it!!! They said it was at CVS?! Even though I got a text from Walgreens saying it was ready to pick up. She said she couldn’t do anything and then walked away. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t bother.
