This is the worse pharmacy in ever, they never find your prescriptions and asked me for pay from my pocket the medicine if I wanted it, I can’t understand how can I get a prescripted medicine just paying for it if I don’t have the prescriptions. Medicine that I’ve been taking for more 1 year, but in this pharmacy they have there self laws. Today 06/27/2024 11:40AM is for you can check the team in that moment, the people that come here are sicks, it’s not for diversion.

One of the worst Walgreens, every time I try to call in to the pharmacy I can never get through. I know it can be busy sometimes but seems like every single time I try to call in I can never get through. Zero star from me.

I am trying to call the pharmacy and someone keeps picking up the phone, putting it back on hold, it rings again and then once again, they pick up the phone and put it back on hold. I was never greeted from the beginning, nothing. This is very rude customer service!! For the area, I'm not surprised though.

They are our of rapid covid tests and cant get more in. System will let you schedule and then you cant get test. On top of that, employees wont give you any other test unless you schedule new appointment. I was so so sick and could barely drive here and they are watching me cry at the drive-thru

They have a good selection of products... and as long as you visit during daylight hours it's fine. It gets a bit sketchy after dark. BUT - beware the sale prices - they don't ring up as sales and the cashiers will argue with you if you don't take a picture of the actual sale tag. They do have to honor posted sales, but most cashiers can't adjust the price - they have to wait for help.

Hello Walgreens Team ( 16th Roxbury in Seattle Washington)I’ve been receiving call after call stating with patients prescription status. I called and told you that I had been receiving others prescription updates… names etc… I’m still receiving calls for multiple patients… which I’m saving their info… it is a HIPPA violation to share medical records information. Please guard our identity. I’m sad that a big corporation … Walgreens is missing the opportunity to protect us… your patients personal information. I’m concerned that the same thing is happening to me.

Walgreens pharmacy in general is the absolute worst. I’ve waited on hold for an hour, only to be disconnected, MULTIPLE times. It’s not the staff’s fault; they are worked to the bone because corporate Walgreens won’t pay competitively or won’t hire enough staff, or both. If you’re reading this and you work for corporate Walgreens - everyone hates you. I am so bitter I have to go through Walgreens due to my insurance.

Wait time for pharmacy is ridiculous. Why make an appointment for a flu shot if you aren't going to be seen for a hour. Disorganized system and unstaffed

One of the worst pharmacies I have ever used. Customer service is lacking. If you have a new prescription called it, expect it to be a full day or more before they even start processing it. If you call to check on the status, be prepared to wait on hold for hours. I was waiting long enough that even after an hour on hold, I drove to the store, still on hold, to finally find out that they haven't started processing it and it would be 4-5 hours before the would be able to process my prescription.
