Why are prescriptions always delayed? Why does it often take 25 minutes to get through the drive through? Maybe if they organized multiple Rx for an individual to refill at the same time, people wouldn't have to make multiple trips in a month. Can't this place hire more people? It seems like they need to or fix their process.

They put people on hold on the phone after they answered for more than 30 minutes. That is insane.

Incredibly understaffed. No one answers the phone. Even on a weekday afternoon, it takes 30 mins to an hour of waiting in line to even speak with a pharmacist, let alone know if your prescription is actually available. Not the staffs fault, Walgreens and Rite Aid both are known for understaffing, overworking and exploiting their workers. Late stage capitalist infrastructure crumbling at its finest.

Ridiculously slow. Walgreen please staff your pharmacy right. poor staff working like a dog here. Minimally it takes an hour to get help in line in person. Today trying to resolve a med issue, I called right @ 2pm after their lunch break, on hold for 2 hrs.

The experience and opinions are mine and I'm entitled to them.Six decades and this is the worst I've experienced.Customer service is poor to non existent from the front door to the pharmacy drive through. While I realize this is a difficult atmosphere and location to navigate, the energy is reminiscent of the south in the 60's. Where are the prices on products? Where is the engagement of the people spending their money? I'm not speaking about the thieves, shoplifters or drug addicts on the outside, I'm speaking about the customers, especially the elders that must frequent here. Have they not earned at least a greeting from the bored, scruffy looking security?I will be taking my business elsewhere, as is my right. When don't respect you, they do not deserve your money or business.

You should go to ANY pharmacy but this one. They don’t fill prescriptions unless you show up and wait. The drive through is often closed. They won’t follow up with your insurance if that’s needed. They won’t answer the phone.

My pharmacy closed and now I’m forced to go here. I waited 30 minutes for my prescription. The line was so long and despite 5 staff members behind the counter only one OCCASIONALLY helped customers. I asked to speak to the pharmacist about my experimental medication. She read the instructions to me and said to follow what my doctor said to do. Yikes. Thanks for nothing.

Positive--store clean and reasonably inventoried. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am a frequent shopper--usually groceries, cleaning aids and drug related items. Noticed less shoplifting. Restrooms not forPublic use.

Walgreens does not support its pharmacies adequately. This pharmacy is criminally understaffed. Do not expect any kind of service. They will file your insurance and then not fill your drugs. Nobody picks up the phone. Online chat is useless. Avoid at all costs and do not fill time sensitive medication here.

Avoid at all costs. Nothing works. Wish I could give zero stars.

After being on hold for over two hours, with two people supposedly in the queue ahead of us, our call was dropped. Now it's back to over three people in front. This is absolutely unacceptable.

The pharmacy as this location is in a very bad state and is borderline non-functional at this point. The staff do not answer phone calls. For example, I was on hold today for over 43 minutes before I gave up. I called back again later and was put on hold for more than AN HOUR AND 30 MINUTES!!! I had time to drive to the store, stand in line and watch them IGNORE THE RINGING PHONES while I was still on hold. The entire reason I tried to call in the first place is because the app had my prescription listed as “in progress” for several days. When I got to the pharmacy, I learned that my medication was in fact ready and filled, but the pharmacist had neglected to ever change the medication status to allow it to be picked up. So ultimately, my medication was held for several days without reason and the issue could have been resolved with a simple phone call, but that will never happen here because they’ll never answer the phone when you call. I won’t be surprised when this place catches a lawsuit at this rate, it will be well deserved. This pharmacy is severely understaffed and Walgreens has no incentive to change that, yet.

Pharmacy staff is helpful and kind, but they are severely understaffed, which is especially bad given all the new folks moving into the neighborhood. The non-pharmacy staff are just OK: they could be be a bit faster on their feet. But they are also understaffed.Perplexing: this Walgreens is always busy but it's not sufficiently staffedUPDATE: The Walgreen's website is problematic. Sometimes it says my prescription is out of stock, so I have to make time out of my day to call the already overworked pharmacy staff to ask about the prescription, only to find out that it's actually ready. This seems like lack of support from Walgreens corporate for both customers and their own front-line, spread-too-thin pharmacy staff. On a similar note, the website does not always process setting changes; I've tried turning off "automatic refills" several times but that change silently fails and the pharmacy winds up wasting time on an unnecessary refill.
