I bought a Samsung S95C from this location very expensive tv was told this model was the best picture Samsung has ever made I was sold.So 9 months later I was watching the tv and the picture went black and the red light in the front was out. I called the next day told them what happened and all they said was call 1 800 Samsung I was shocked. I want my tv replaced

I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about the people who work here!! Between Dewey, Sam, and George , they are the most amazing with customer service!! I have now purchased 19 tv’s from them over the years. I always refer my friends here because of the excellent customer service. They truly care about their customers and it shows with each experience I have had. I will always give them my business.

Great prices, super knowledgeable staff. They price match, and sometime price beat! Costco offers a better warranty, the Video Only offers better pricing and service. .

First off-- I'd like to thank Byron for his amazing customer service. Usually I don't like walking into video onlys because it has a "salesperson" energy. Byron was so knowledgeable and patient with us on our tv search and just made the whole experience the best. AND he was not pushy at all when it came to us considering other stores. All in all, I'd say GO SEE BYRON! Thank you again for being the best!

I had an amazing experience with the store. They had an area where you could sit and the different models/sizes. This helped me picture how it would be in my living room. Definitely recommend visiting the store. I worked with Dewey Sluk to place an order. I realized the company store had a better price. I just went in and showed the snapshot, and he just matched my company store prices! He was amazing! Would definitely recommend the store.

Dewey sold me an OLED TV back in June 2023. The reason I came to this store was for their customer service. They are very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I bought 65 in OLED for $400 less than best buy. I will never buy another TV from anywhere else. These guys are pros and provider exceptional service. Do your self a favor and check out their Tukwilla store. You won't be disappointed!!

Southerner store is a rip off.wont back up what they sell.got brand new DVD player used 3 times. TRIED TO USE IT TODAY WON'T WORK.80dollars down the drain.they won't give me a new one.just said sorry.B.S.will not go back ever.
