I went in today to get a new phone and update our family account. I made an appointment and got assistance from Michael and Jose. Both men were incredibly helpful and patient with the many questions I thought to ask during the appointment. I walked out with a great phone and zero confusion on what my future bills would be. Got the classic "your bill will be abc" but then saw the xyz billing. After that the hotspot was unreliable, then the mobile serves, then chat just wanted to upsell me. Never ever do business with Verizon. I was paying less than half for 4g that worked way better.

Absolutely tremendous customer service. I had been given the run around for over an hour by Verizon main "customer service" for a warranty issue, and Jose from this location was able to speak sense into the main company representative. Thank you, Jose! You are a hero!

Been in here a total of 3 times and only once have I been made to feel like a valuable customer. The other two times the reps have had very pretentious attitudes, talking to me as though I'm a toddler.

Worst customer service experience ever, would give ZERO stars if I could. I went into the store to upgrade a phone on 11/22/23. The upgrade process took three (3) hours, Cererick, the specialist was clueless. At one point he began upgrading the wrong phone at which time I had to get a new sim card in my phone. Installing the IOS update took forever because he did not connect the phone to wifi. After catching his mistakes he tried to blame my wife. It was unbelievable. Additionally, we paid the $30 to have all the data transferred from the old phone to the new one. Once the update and upgrade were finished we took the phone home only to discover that Cederick had some how mixed up the SIM cards and not deleted my eSIM card from my wife's phone, and had my wife's number as the travel number not the primary. I had to return to the store to have it corrected. A man who said his name was Alex helped me correct the issue, I asked that the $30 fee be refunded as the install was done incorrectly, I had to return to the store, and I was not satisfied with the service. Alex said that he would not refund the fee and that the fee was only for them to attempt the service, not to complete it correctly or to my satisfaction. Then he said, "Well your phone is working right?" I asked to speak with a manager and Alex said he was the manager. There is no way, I hope, Verizon would train a manager to be so standoffish and rude. The entire experience was unbelievable. I am satisfied with how my devices have historically worked and I am satisfied with the network, but I cannot in good conscience recommend Verizon to anyone. If you are looking to switch to Verizon, DO NOT.

Kind and patient staff, I only come to this Verizon now!:) Kimberly helped me and she was so sweet, helpful, gregarious and patient. She multitasked with me and one other customer and she did it with poise and a smile. She navigated two complex requests, managed to provide customer service and a pleasant conversation. Thank you, Kimberly! I’m so impressed, she deserves a raise!!

I went in to get the new iPhone 15 and was very happy with the customer service I received.The associate helping me, Noah, was extremely helpful in walking me thru my different options. I had to ask him at least 5 times about how the plans worked and he was happy to break them down as much as I needed. He also had great advice on how to best maximize the benefits of each plan.I felt informed and comfortable making my final decision. Thanks Noah, can't wait for my new iPhone to ship!

Manager of the store goes out of his way to be dismissive of people's problems and refuses to help in any way. Tell his employees that to stop helping me and move on after I waited for an hour for someone to help me. Would not recommend this location at all.
