Wow, had to wait 20 minutes only to not be helped by a surly unhelpful staff member. Won’t be back.

Do not use this Verizon location. The staff are scammers. My phone screen was destroyed on the Saturday before Easter. All Verizon’s were closed for Easter. I went in on Monday and 3 members of the staff said there was nothing they could do unless I paid outright/out of pocket for a new phone ($800) or got a new phone number under a new plan.
I had insurance on the broken phone and was traveling to a domestic city the next day so I had the insurance company mail a new phone to the hotel in the city I was traveling to. Fast forward- I got locked out of my Apple ID. I’m traveling without a cell phone. I make it work and return to Seattle 12 days after my phone broke to visit a different Verizon store in Seattle for them only to tell me that I was eligible for a priority upgrade the entire time. Three different Northgate Verizon employees lied to me- I should have left that location with a new phone that very day but instead I spent a hectic 12 days traveling without a cell phone. Northgate is only out to make commission/make themselves money- not to help their clientele. We have been Verizon users since before it was even called Verizon- almost 30 years. Take your business elsewhere; do not trust the snakes employed at Northgate Verizon.

I specifically asked the sales folks to not sell me a plan or devices that increased my bill. They tried several times to offer me new plans and new devices saying it will only be $15 more, then only $5 more. I insisted that I did not want my bill to go up even $5.
After whatever magic they do with the deals they came back and said my bill with the new devices will be $5 less a month. So I said yes, signed then paperwork without checking the details too closely.
Well that was a huge mistake as I got my bill and now it’s $20 more a month!!!
Beware all of those sales people. They are nice and win your trust only to back stab you on the bill. So disappointing!

Went here to switch from AT&T & upgrade phones and had a fantastic experience. Mike was so kind, helpful, patient, and didn’t try and sell me things I didn’t need or the most expensive plan. He listened to my needs, carefully explained how things like billing cycles would work, and everything went super smoothly. Would definitely recommend coming here and I can’t wait to go back!

I've been buying and using cell phones nearly 30 years. My worst experience ever.
For one thing, while my 3-year-old phone was in some ways ready for an upgrade, this was NOT a good time for me to buy a new one because the phone was working OK and I'm about to go on a major trip, so don't have time to mess with new phones.
I walked into the store because I had a question about int'l plans, SIM cards, etc.
Unfortunately Fernando, the very new employee, greeted me at the door. Besides the int'l stuff questions, I asked him a question about why the soft keyboard on my phone was smaller than usual, making it difficult to type.
VERY CONFIDENTIALLY, he said that was due to the scratches on my screen.
I figured if the minor scratches were making the phone weird, I better at least replace the screen, and since that's a hassle and I kinda wanted an upgrade, I bought a @#%^& new phone. In a rush.
Well, HE WAS WRONG! Which unfortunately, only much later that night when I saw the same thing with the keyboard on my NEW phone, I realized that Fernando had been WRONG and the screen on my old phone was not the problem. This was after I'd spent hours getting the new phone working.
There were other things about the new phone where he gave me misinfo, but what he said about the scratched screen causing the keyboard to be smaller was the biggie for me. Causing me to spend A LOT of money and time on a new phone that I DID NOT NEED.
The Northgate store isn't convenient for me, I just happened to be in the area that day. So when I discovered how Fernando had screwed up so badly, I tried calling the store. First at the number on the receipt, then calling Verizon and asking for a number which I was told would work -- it didn't. Then the number on this Yelp page. None work, you get Verizon corporate. I asked corporate to ask the store to call me. No, they can't do that.
Maybe someone at the Northgate store will see this. But it's not just Fernando. The way you can't call the store or even contact them, says a lot about Verizon in my opinion.

Very long wait! Make sure they make eye contact with you when you walk in and they get your name to get you a spot for help. Once you have help they are very knowledgeable and get you and your phone issues corrected right away.

I worked with a lady named Emily today. Most reps are very helpful. She ended up going the extra mile and I highly appreciated her efforts. I feel she deserves a raise

I get nervous when starting a new plan or subscription of some sort. I walked in and Sam assisted me with creating a home Wi-Fi plan. He was very patient and explanatory, and made me feel assured and understood. I left with no confusion or unanswered questions.

Lied about having the phone I wanted so I would fill out the paperwork. Then lied about how long it would take to send.

Had an issue with my SIM card that customer service and even other Verizon stores had trouble with. Kim and her manager fixed it in a matter of minutes.

This store is one of the last holdouts from when this was Northgate Mall and it might be weird to say this but I’m actually so relieved it’s still here. I’ve come here to get my last 3 phone upgrades (like over the span of 9 years) and it’s just got like, genuine and helpful associates. It’s not chaotic and stresssful like when I step into an Apple Store, it’s like the opposite. I was in this last weekend to get a new phone and Kim walked me through it calmly and explained everything including the vaguely worded trade in offer Verizon had. The only downside is navigating to the actual store through all the construction at the link rail station parking, it’s kind of confusing if you haven’t been but that’s hopefully temporary and obviously not the store’s fault.

Received excellent service from Michael, who clearly stated what was involved in transferring my phone service to Verison. I believed him when he told me about the service after the sale and the strong signal network I would be on with Verison. Their phone choices are amazing!
