Full disclosure: I am not a Verizon customer, and currently on a shared family plan with one of their market competitors due to the highly discounted rate and incentives, my father gets for being a retired first responder of almost 40 years. BUT, I found myself randomly popping in the Verizon store off of NW. Market St. in Seattle yesterday evening, and was pleasantly greeted, helped and given fantastic customer service by the three employees; Oscar, Kaiya and John while I was there. I was immediately transparent that I am not Verizon consumer, but was still hoping they would be willing to help me and answer a few questions I had regarding best practices for protecting my mobile phone. As someone who has worked in retail, and for commission, I fully understand that in working in the tough business of sales and earning a living mostly based off sales commissions and upselling. I was incredibly grateful and impressed by how willing all three of them were to assist me knowing that I was not going to make a big impact on their target sales goals. If I ever find myself needing to shop for a new carrier, my experience at the store on the evening of December 15 guaranteed that I will go back to speak with one of them about current company cell phone and data plans. Genuine kindness, willingness to help especially when you know you won’t be getting much or anything in return, and overall industry/product knowledge go a very long way with me. Just as I’m sure it does with many other people. I truly hope this is a review that management from the C-suite, to the broader territory managers and most importantly this particular stores manager sees my review and keeps it in mind when it’s time to document each of their performance reviews. They deserve each and every one of these 5 stars. Thank you, again, to the three valuable team members at the NW Market St. store. I wish y’all all the success, prosperity and happiness in the world, that you may wish to seek in this life. With all my gratitude, Shannon.

This is not a Verizon store. It's worth the drive to go to a legitimate Verizon store.This is a separate for-profit business that will find sneaky ways to add fees to your purchase.For a simple device upgrade they have a mandatory $211 accessory bundle. I had to clarify 3 times before I believed they were serious. Huge waste of time.

John is fantastic! Helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. He is also very honest, I totally trust his advice. Verizon is lucky to have him as an employee. He is the kind of person who makes you want to keep coming back to a business.

Wasted time and scammed me. Tried to add a line and they made me pay 44$ of "past due " payments until we could proceed. They are retail and do not follow the same promotions and policies as the cooperate store. Came in to add a line which was supposed to be free. Wasted 2 hours being told the whole time the phone would be 310$ just to find out they can't finance. Do not come here. They just scam people. Go to a cooperate store

It is understaffed and the person hasn't figured out how to efficiently work with clients. It took 45 minutes to upgrade a person's phone. I found it incredibly frustrating sitting watching a client who didn't know what they wanted or needed and the Verizon seller not asking the proper questions to make a reasonable transaction

They way over charge for the out the door cost for there phones they tax on Redux and Set up fees and over charge for accessories and half the time discounts that they say will be applied are never fully applied to the account.I went to the store to pay my bill and got there at 6:44pm rang the doorbell and no one came to the door at 6:51 the rep came out and made hand gestures that there closed, this is really frustrating because this is the closest Verizon to me and I don't drive due to this this is the only one i can go to and i work late worst part is that the store manager was there and proceeded to close early the time on the door says 7pm with the way this store does business they shouldn't be in buisness they had more than enough time to process a bill pay i was paying in cash if they don't like there jobs they shouldn't take it out on customers they should find a new one I used to work for Vitra and closing procedures should not be done until after closing time absolutely rediclous Kayleigh, and there team need to do better they make all victras look bad, CLOSE THIS STORE!

What a horrible experience. The door has a doorbell you have to ring to go in which I understand there’s a lot of sketchy behavior on the sidewalk. But an employee came and opened the door and let me in without so much is a hello, and went back to the customer he was working with at a desk. I was third in line and watched him finish one customer over the next 45 minutes and never once acknowledge or talk to any of us who were sitting there watching him struggle some sort of technical issue regarding inventory, and something about the concerns he was discussing on the phone with his regional manager raised some red flags with me so I looked it up and this is not an official Verizon store despite Verizon signage all over the place. It’s “Victra” or something. They are an authorized dealer, which is not a problem in and of itself but the service was absolutely horrible and I had to walk out because it was taking too long and I hadn’t had a single acknowledgment that I was there.

I visited to upgrade to a new phone, the sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful, but the store was understaffed so everything took too long. Victra should do better
