Update: I contacted "
[email protected]" and received no response. I tried contacting Verizon several times to reach the management of this store and get help, and every single time they didn't pick up and my request was lost in Verizon's email. So, my conclusion is this is a terrible branch with no accountability or follow-up possible. I don't understand how Verizon keeps it around.

Probably the best phone store I've ever been to. Connor was so nice, super fun, and very helpful! I know going into a phone store can be stressful and frustrating. But not here. It was easy and successful.Highly recommend.

I would be remiss if I let one more day go by without complementing the employees at the Verizon Wes Seattle store. If it wasn’t for the manager, Jacob, and his coworkers, Rosie and Malik, I am not sure that I would’ve gone with Verizon. I wanted to get away from my current carrier at the time, and Verizon was one of the companies I was looking at to make the change.. But Jacob went out of his way to make sure I was making the right choice to go with Verizon or the competition. It took me a while to make up my mind as I shopped around, but I knew every time that I walked through I would be great greeted with a smile And knew that I was in good hands All sudden done these three individuals Insured me make the right choice! And they were right! Having said that, please convey To the powers of bee, that you have three wonderful employees working at the West Verizon store. I encourage you to do whatever That you keep these as your Employees. So thank you Jacob for all that you did for me in Making the transition to, And great thanks to you Rosie and Malik We’re taking such good care of me and Jacob absence! And for those of you that are looking for Cell service, I highly recommend Verizon And the West Seattle store. You won’t be disappointed, trust me.

I'll start this with the fact the o recognize my mom was wrong for escalating the situation and yelling. It could have been addressed more cordially, for sure. That said: My mom and I came in around 10am on 12/23. The one guy working was helping a woman who was apparently reworking her entire veterinary business phone service. We were not acknowledged at all upon entry. We were not acknowledged at all until the second employee came back from a break, well after he started helping the next fellow in line (~45 min after wed been inside.) He asked me, "hey are you just trying to buy a case?" I said, "no, I want the case and to turn in a trade in phone from a upgrade purchase." He said "ok" and walked away. 15 min later, my mother approaches the fellow talking to the vet woman and asks how much longer this might take. I'll be the first to admit her tone was a little upset but it was a more than reasonable questions after an hour. The woman being helped tried to laugh it off and say it always takes a while but the guy working really showed his colors in his response. He very condescendingly asked my mom what she was trying to accomplish. She told him we're just trying to turn in a phone. He immediately states that an online purchase upgrade trade in turn in is only possible at the company store downtown. My mom says it would have been nice to know that sometime in the last hour. He responds with, and this is verbatim: "Well I can't read your mind." ... At the company store downtown, the rep said, "Well yeah, no one can read anyone's mind, he could have just asked you why you were there." (We were also in and out in literally 5 min, including the purchase for a case, when we stopped in there.) He said that a lot nicer than I want to right now. Because yeah, no kidding... That's why you take the whole 5 seconds to greet and ask someone why they're in your store, rather than waste everyone's time. Moral of the story: don't go to these offshoot stores. They aren't beholden to any actual standards. If you don't believe me, check the rest of these reviews (wish I had before we came here.) As a person who's worked in customer-facing industries my entire life, the guy working acted poorly beyond comprehension and I would never put him as the face of the store. (To the lady he was "helping"/selling to: he fleeced you on needing a new router and that $400 'silly' charge that they're *totally* going to give you a rebate for later.)

This is the worst customer service ever. After waiting an hour, I had to ask how much longer it would be. The kid who was at the counter said he didn't know. At that point he actually asked what we needed and then said the store did not do that, we had to go to the central office. I tried to explain that he should ask people when they come in what is needed, then they are not stuck waiting. He said he couldn't read my mind and was very rude. I think he may have been high based on his behavior. We went to another store downtown and were in and out in 5 minutes, well taken care of. Maybe he could take training there on customer interaction. Go anywhere but here.

Scott has made me a verizon customer for life. If I could give 10 stars I would.I will never use another phone company again. (I’ve done tmobile, at&t etc.)He handled a complex situation with so much grace, and empathy. He made sure to find a solution tailored to what I needed, and I walked out thrilled to have a new number and account. I will ask for Scott every-time.

The customer service provided by Malik at the West Seattle Verizon store was excellent. He explained my choices really well and provided me with options that made sense with my cell phone usage. I definitely recommend him and the service he provided to others.

Super helpful folks at this location. I've had a few issues with my Verizon products and everyone at the store has always been super helpful and friendly despite Verizon challenges. They have even called customer support with me to sort out issues to ensure that everything was resolved when it was outside their scope.
