I stopped in to this location today hoping to learn more about the options available in regards to my new device. Sadly my new phone has a slight malfunction and I wanted to know what they would do for me. I was greeted immediately as I entered the store by an employee named Audrey... Her positive demeanor made me feel welcomed right away, which was really nice. I explained to her the issue I am having with my new S24 and she knew exactly what to do so I would get the best service since I ordered my phone online and not in person. She went and did all of the leg work calling in to the customer support line for me, which was super cool because trying to use the automated system is a nightmare. She handled the entire phone call for me and then explained to me what I needed to do in order for me to solve my problem. Then to top it all off she went and explained to me how I have the option of changing my account to a "Business" account which is a better option for me personally. So that was pretty cool too. It was pretty nifty having a great customer experience in retail. Seems hard to come by nowadays. You should all take your business to this location if you want to have a similar experience!

Do not go here. They are literally scammers no honesty will charge you maximum and not provide you with any detailed information in print. Save your time and money and literally go anywhere else

Came here on a Sunday because it said they opened at 12:00pm. Waited until 12:20 and still no one was here. Called the number and the messages said there hours were from 12-5 as well. CS tried getting a hold of them as well and nothing.

Manager needs to work on customer service skills. Took a day off work to try and upgrade my phone and found no help at the location went up to downtown Seattle to get help and they showed me the plans I could get on an iPad which apparently they weren’t allowed to do at this location. Screams shady
The way I was treated during that whole interaction was horrible. Compared to the service I recieved downtown

I recently visited the Verizon store in Seattle on 15th Ave, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and support I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and were eager to assist.
The representative who helped me, Hailey, was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and plans available. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences before recommending the perfect phone and plan for me. They patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I felt confident in my decision.
Moreover, the store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse and compare different options. The checkout and transfer process was smooth, and I appreciated the efficiency of the staff.
Overall, my experience at the Verizon store exceeded my expectations. I left feeling satisfied with my purchase and confident that I had made the right choice. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of a new phone or wireless service. Keep up the excellent work!

If I could give 0 stars I would…
This store charges required set up fees ($100 more than corporate) and required accessories charges that ARE NOT ALLOWED according to Verizon corporate.
Not only are they over charging, but the people that work there are completely unhelpful should an issue arise - you’ll leave with the impression you did something wrong to them if you ask simple questions or for assistance.
Find a Verizon corporate store or do your order online.
Specifically the manager is awful - rude, confrontational, unhelpful.

DO NOT GO HERE. I needed to upgrade my phone and they were making me pay an extra $250 for accessories and an “install” fee. I didn’t want the accessories (I bought cheaper ones on Amazon) and they said they couldn’t take that fee out because it’s part of the package. They also couldn’t waive the $35 install fee even though I told them I can just do it at home (Apple makes it so easy, all you have to do is scan a QR code on the phone). I called Verizon instead and they were able to complete my order for $250 less.
Also, the customer service is horrendous. The salesperson couldn’t clearly tell me spec differences between the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro. I had to google while in store instead. It was a Saturday and it seemed like she was hungover from the night before. Wasted an hour of my life.
Save your time and money and call Verizon directly instead. They will overnight ship you the phone if you ask nicely (I had a trip that I wanted my phone for).

Audrey was an absolutely amazing customer service rep! Not only was she friendly and helpful, she was honest and went above and beyond with making sure we got the help we needed. Absolutely phenomenal experience.

I came into this particular location because it is so convenient to where I live and the queue always moves quickly. The phone I wanted needed to be ordered from another store and when it arrived I was given a call. I had the pleasure of working with Audrey on both occasions and the phone was set up quickly and all information was seamlessly transferred. It was so easy that I brought my partner back 3 hours later to upgrade her device as well. I highly recommend this store and staff.

Haley, helped me replace my broken phone! I sat on it!!! Ugh… Also I didn't have insurance another ugh…. Now, I do… $$$ is a good learning tool. Anyway she was very helpful, and knowledgeable plus gave me good advice too. Thank you for a job well done. BM

I used to make a living playing poker, but I stopped when I couldn't stomach mostly taking money from problem gamblers. But at least in that case, they knew they were playing poker.This store forces accessories to be purchased with trade-ins. Verizon corporate doesn't allow this with authorized retailers, but clearly they don't actually care since you can see in the reviews that this has been happening here for years. The sales people could make a lot more money taking from players at the poker table instead. Then at least the players would know they were playing the game instead of just unwittingly being robbed.Thanks for the motivation to switch carriers finally and save a load of money per month.queue the review reply from the office to make it seem like they are fixing the problem that they've also replied to in the past for years:
