Went in to pick up a modem for my new internet, idk what happened but somehow my account is showing that I picked up two modems because the guy couldn’t find my original order. When I went back to the store, per Verizon customer service, the young lady that I spoke with initially didn’t want to help and I was met with attitude until I essentially begged her to just look at my account. Maybe I caught her on a bad day or something, but you shouldn’t be met with resistance when the customer is saying they have a problem. I’ve been on the phone back and forth with Verizon because of this store’s mistake. They also charged me a set up fee, which they’re not supposed to do even if they are an affiliate and not a direct Verizon store.

I spoke with Kailani who was SO helpful. She interpreted all that occurred and it turns out there was fraud. I had called customer service but speaking with her face to face helped in so many ways for me to understand what was happening. She was a dream! Thank you!

The staff here are really great. There is a handsome, courteous. And hard working! young gentleman. I often find him working alone but he's very good at seeing people leave with positive results. The Capital Hill location is the one to visit for anything Verizon.

Went in to do a simple upgrade and she was trying to bundle accessories and taxes to the tune of $425 dollars…saying that includes taxes and accessories! But I didn’t tell you I wanted any and you don’t do business like that…when I called her on it, she walked me! Bad service ever

One employee. And she didn't even acknowledge anybody that walked in, I understand tending to your current customer, but some a basic "Hi, I'll be with you shortly" goes a long way. In a busy location, this place should be adequately staffed, at a minimum of two employees. Definitely not recommending this store - you better bring a snack or two cause you'll be waiting forever.
What made it worse was the fact that there was about 5 people waiting, and she spent her time trying up sell everything instead of realizing that everybody else waiting don't have the time for her to be taking in such an interest in the customer personal life. Ring them folks up and get them moving along!

Not only should the store recognize Michael as an incredible all around shining star employee, but the company should JUMP on elevating him to literally ANY role around tech, sales, CX, edu, anything at a global level- Michael could teach a class on how to make any customer with any set of circumstances leave the store not just feeling like their situation was resolved, but, and you can’t teach this, loving the brand even more. He is a serious gem of talent that any global company would want to keep at all cost. You know someone is beyond ace when you walk away trying to think of a way to hire them yourself.

Avoid them like the plague. Kaila I G at the store lied repeatedly to me and signed me up for all sorts of services that she said were free (insurance, streaming). Only several hours later did I get the bill showing that my $45 plan was actually going to cost me over $100!!
