Best Verizon store I’ve worked with. It feels like the staff really want you to have a great customer experience. I’m having an issue with my account involving Verizon corporate and Marcus is going to bat for me to get it resolved in a timely manner. Thanks Marcus!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Ridiculous Experience – Stay Away!
Opened an account with Verizon on May 2nd, and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare ever since. I’ve gone through FOUR sets of equipment, made multiple trips to the store, and spent countless hours on the phone (seriously, each call was at least an hour long). Still no working internet!
Finally, after over a month of frustration, an agent said a technician needed to come install it properly. Appointment set for June 10. At that point, I was just desperate for something to work.
Then came the final insult: the technician shows up and says, “Oh, I actually have an order to uninstall. Your service has been cancelled.”
WHAT?! No notification, no explanation, no working service for over a month, and this is how it ends? Verizon, if that was a joke—it was a terrible one.
Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Would give zero stars if I could.

Team member Kyle was arrogant and patronizing over the phone, and unhelpful. Manager Nikiya didn't want to hear about it. Worst Verizon store in Western Washington that I've worked with.

Your phone number takes me to customer support, customer support tells me to call your store, and it is an endless cycle. There is something wrong with your phone number because I cannot get in touch with the store itself and customer support is making me try to call !!

The manager was rude and seemed bothered by my Wife's questions and unwilling to help in any capacity. There was no understanding for our situation or frustration. She was mostly dismissive and condescending. There was one sales associate who was the most helpful and went above and beyond - but they were shut down by the manager right in front of us- it was awkward.

Kyle and Cory are true professionals. Firstly, they made sure that our phones are compatible with local cellular network, and only after that, they registered our accounts. I was very impressed with their attitude towards work. It was a bit challenging to buy phone numbers after just arriving in the US, but these gentlemen achieved successful registration of our accounts.
