Kyle and Cory are true professionals. Firstly, they made sure that our phones are compatible with local cellular network, and only after that, they registered our accounts. I was very impressed with their attitude towards work. It was a bit challenging to buy phone numbers after just arriving in the US, but these gentlemen achieved successful registration of our accounts.

We wife and I went to this Verizon store yesterday. Even though we were not buying new phones, Tre and Marcus spent a great deal of time patiently getting two not-too-tech-savvy people set up on Verizon. Both were very knowledgeable and very professional.

Needed a warranty replacement. oh well you have to do that online and Verizon ships it to you. There's no point to these physical stores if you just have to do everything online. People are useless if they can't help you fix the issue.

Came in for a phone girl acted like I was a fraud account because I had a family business account … and even though everything was verifiable she kept on bringing it up fraud this fraud that… I’m like why is she talking me to about fraud ..? …I use to be a manager for a Verizon store so I know when someone is being slick horrible experience

Horrible! Have tried 5 times this morning to reach tech support. My iPhone 15 will not text message to anyone who does not have an iPhone. It takes multiple attempts to reach tech support and then NO ONE knows how to fix the issue. It is EXTREMELY important to ANSWER your PHONES.

Do better Verizon!! you need to retrain your associates at your call center, I called today to transfer a number from you to another company was on the phone for a good 30mins+ was told the line needed to stay active to transfer the number, fine got the transfer pin only for it not to work!!!!! What the hell was the point of me even calling then?? And when I call back to find out why it wasnt, I was told the previous associate didn't update the request!!!! Are you kidding me. So now my kid has a new number which is what I was trying to avoid. You guys portray yourself as the best cellular service around prove it by not just the actual service but the customer service as well. It all ties in together and when it's human error on your end you think a simple sorry is going to fix the situation. Do better verizon do better!!!
