As a local artist I love selling my work through Venue. Diane and the team have created such a lovely eclectic spot! It’s also my go to whenever I need a gift for someone or a nice souvenir for a visitor. It’s also in an unbeatable location for a first time visitor to the city. Love this spot!

Visited Venue today after brunch. I wish I got the name of the clerk working today. I know she was the only one there today, but she was so sweet and really attentive when I was checking out with my friends. Her conversation with me was great and she naturally made a nice connection with me and my two friends! Also I am in love with the unique candles and soap they offer in the store! A little pricey but it’s worth it knowing the money goes to a local business and the artists that sell their products at Venue! I highly recommend swinging by on Sunday, after brunch, while shopping at the fresh market in downtown Ballard!

We took too long at dinner and the shops were all closed when we walked by. We stopped at the window and were pointing at things when the owner walked up and asked if we wanted to go in. We wanted to buy everything! Everything in the store is local, and suits every taste. And what a great owner to open up the shop just for us!!!
