I came in looking for some skate shoes. I was unsure which ones to get because last time I was at vans they didn’t have as many shoe options. I asked for some help and one of the employees named Wren was super helpful and nice to me. She brought me multiple styles and sizes to help me find the exact shoe I needed. Thank you so much Wren! I wouldn’t have known what to get !Thanks

Pretty sad experience at the downtown Vans store today. I visited the store on Friday Jan 20th around 5:30. For the whole duration of my time spent there I was never once addressed or asked if I needed assistance. Despite being the only individual in the store for a duration of 15 mins there was one security guard and two sales associates who seemed more interested in talking to eachother instead of helping customers. It was pretty obvious as I wandered around aimlessly comparing MTE shoes. Vans, if you guys are willing to pay people to just stand around and ignore customers and talk to eachother, sign me up! I love free money. Won’t be coming back to this specific location again until they hire helpful/mature sales associates who know how to reach out and assist customers or at the very least welcome them as they enter the store and THEN ignore them.

We forgot shoes for our kid before a hockey game and got off at Westlake center to walk to Target or Ross. I actually forgot there was a vans store downtown Seattle. I was not going to go in because I just wanted cheap shoes but my wife said that we should at least look. Not only was the customer service exceptional, but we found shoes for under $20 that my kid absolutely loves. We got stopped the entire night with people pointing out how cool she was were. I wish I would have got the name to the two people that helped us, but it was November 8th 2022 around 5:30 p.m. so whoever your employees are that were working that night are both rockstars. They should remember the shoes, probably don't sell shark shoes everyday

Staff =Amazing. As a Vans obsessive I have been to many stores but this location takes the win! Located downtown in prime location this Vans is one of my favorites. The staff here are freaking amazing. They are always super attentive, friendly, welcoming and helpful. You won't be disappointed.

Insanely friendly staff. The guy let me try on half of their warehouse before I found the right size and model. Just had to buy two pairs then :)

SUPER friendly, helpful, and patient staff. The person who helped me checked in without being pushy or hovering, and even gave me a recommendation to a record store when we chatted about music a little.

Where do you guys find your associates, crack houses? All they do is stand there talking to each other. And when you when you ask for help they act like we're an inconvenience. Never again.

The staff at the Seattle location at 1519 4th Avenue are going above and beyond for their customers. The manager (I believe) Mahalia, is incredible along with her associate Emma, and the rest of the crew. They even help me shop by engaging with my young daughter. So friendly and professional. Awesome team. Thank you Vans!

Worse service ever. The associates just stand around talking to each other. And when you ask for help it's like we're an inconvenience. Then they brought out our shoes is a mishaped broken vans box. Really?
