First experience: Yesterday I had both an ultrasound to determine if there’s changes in a hernia this imaging department found 8 years ago. Colleen, the tech told me there were no images found in my chart. She said if I had it done it wasn’t through Harborview. I had to look at mychart on my phone myself and show her. She changed her story that she did say she saw it. I believe she only said that because I pointed it out in front of two staff members at the front desk. She also lacked bedside manner.Second experience: I had my feet and one ankle X-ray’s. In the findings they stated there’s no prior imaging to compare the new results to. Prior Imaging on the same area was done at Harborview in 2020, 2018, and a few other previous years. The moderate arthritis in several locations and some other prior findings have disappeared. My belief is it was late in the day on a Friday evening and it was read quickly. I would not recommend this clinic. I would like all three X-ray’s looked at by a different doctor! This X-ray Tech was very professional. It’s the doctor who read the X-ray I believe didn’t take the time to read it.

I had screening for my fibroid. I heard them laughing on my results back the doors that my fibroid was so big. I went there with enough of my anxiety and they made me very shocked and very depressed.
