Today I sent return things from the purchase of Shein. Return of the parcel was supposed to be free. A man who worked afternoon on 05/25/2023 printed out a recit and told me to pay $3.99. But he gave me a recit on which there was a payment of $ 0.00. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems to me that this was a fraud on the part of the USPS Magnolia Seattle employee.

It's a small place and lines can form outside the building during peak times. But, it's very convenient for folks that live in Magnolia. There are many times when it's an easy in and an out. Most important the staff are cheerful and always very helpful. Btw, they are also open on Saturdays!

NOW RETIRED!! : )I loved this Post Office.. I worked here.Yes they are busy and at times understaffed but I have worked at so many stations that I know Magnolia is lucky to have a Post Office at all.

I've lived in Magnolia over three decades and have always found this US Post Office, including staff, very efficient and certainly service oriented. Kathleen, in particular, goes above and beyond for the customer. She knows the business processes, postal guidelines, and gets the job done. I maintain multiple business boxes at this location, so I interact with them semi-frequently. I can always count on the staff at this particular location, while encountering more than the average number of 'service issues' at other local area post offices. If/when there is a line... I'll happily wait, because I can count on the service they deliver. I've never been left with the feeling that the job wasn't being done properly, nor tmy request(s) weren't being handled promptly.

A local business suggested I use this post office for my mailings to my friends and family all over the world; best suggestion ever! Not only has this post office saved me hundreds of dollars, they get the job done efficiently and effectively. The employees are professional and personable. I'm not sure why people are posting a ridiculous review complaining about one employee; apparently they think this is Facebook.

One of the postal officers is always nice and respectful. The other treated the white person in line with kindness and went out of her way to ask for a review. A when I as a person of color came to the desk, she nearly refused to send a package and was cordial at best. You can do better.

Kathleen who works here is an absolute disaster. I have come to this office regulary the last 2 years and i usually do international mailings. The other girls are great and get the job done efficiently and with customer service. Kathleen on the other hand is incredibly slow, completely incompetent, rude, cuts you off, bends your mailings on purpose (seemingly to "inspect them"), etc. If you dint have "everything filled out" correctly she immediately sends you back to the end of the line. She doesnt understand instructions, complains that an international mailing is "a lot of work", cant read legible and clear handwriting. The list goes on. If you see her when you get in, just turn around and come back later. This woman ia a rude and incompetent cow

I guess you guys close for lunch? Awesome. How about have that hour plus time listed in the website so we don’t waist our time coming to a location poorly staffed and not open during posted business hours
