We made an appointment for our infant’s passport, had all the documents ready, arrived on time and found the door the locked.
Do not make the last appointment of the day. They will lock up early to leave. I was told that they needed to beat traffic to get home, which is fine but it was 4:40 pm… for a 4:45 pm appointment….

Not sure if this is his office but Yesterday evening around 7:00 p.m. my brother and I were leaving from his apartments that are on Othello as your mail carrier 0228917 was speeding out of the garage without looking on to The pedestrian sidewalk he almost ran into us and instead of stopping and apologizing he mugs us like we are in the wrong and continues off at a rapid speed making a left on 42nd and Othello which is very dangerous that's why I'm reporting him because he is working for a very well respected company as a post office carrier driving very dangerously.

Made an appointment for Saturday morning 7am for my husband and son. Customer service was great Dino was of great help , he is kind and the company needs more of staff like him. Other staff members were great too. Highly recommend it.

just have your formed filled out correctly. If you don’t they’ll send you back. I spent an extra 1 hour here trying to get it all done because I messed up. Thank you to Dino on passport service for being understanding & helping me submit my forms the day of.

Not much to say, this place is below average. Not ideal delivery experiences. Not ideal customer service. I recognize they must deal with some annoying residents and generally rude/homeless people in the area, but the local residents end up paying the price for their carelessness. Needs improvement. I'm trying to be understanding and generous. End of story.

Great office for passports! Dino was so helpful! I accidentally filled out the incorrect form initially and he was really patient with me and my family while we resolved it. He also got a great photo of my son for his first passport.
