Because I changed my address, I went to the nearby post office to ask some questions. Since my English is not good, AARON, the staff member on duty, was very patient and used translation software to communicate with me. Thank you very much for his help. I also like the new post office very much?? ???

All I did was ask about a refund and I admit I was frustrated but Dave snapped at me after the other person at the counter kept not listening to me and treating me like I was stupid and kept pointing stuff at the shipment I wasn't asking about.
Easily the worst customer service experience and I've spent years in customer service, like they do not care here.

I’ve had a post office box at this location for over 10 years. I really appreciate what a great job these guys do. The staff is friendly and efficient. My favorite thing is that they have parcel lockers so if I get something big they just put a locker key in my PO box-super convenient! There’s plenty of parking if you include the spots on the east side of the building. Best of all I don’t have to worry about my mail and packages getting stolen.

Excellent and dependable. We've lived in 98133 for six years. I also use this post office for business. Never a problem. Always friendly. Thankful for our carrier and the fact that over the past few years, as everything fell apart, postal service carried on. Thank you.

Would give zero stars if I could. Hires aggressive and untrustworthy people to deliver our mail and enter our homes. Unresponsive to multiple reported issues. Won't be wasting my money here ever again.
