As a pro-Korean person, it's difficult for me to criticize. However, I must express my disappointment with the attitude of the elderly gentleman managing this place.
Dear (Ajoshi), I may not know the details of your personal life or your emotional, mental, and physical health and any factors that contributed to shape your poor mannerism.
Nevertheless, I firmly believe that, regardless of any circumstances, everyone can strive to be more compassionate and maintain a civilized demeanour.
Since you choose to serve this community, then you have to man up and interact positively with anyone regardless of any sabotaging dogma that you your subscribed to, or even former personal experience you may had with folks look like me.
Because I am completely different person and have zero liability of whatever happened to you by others.

Went in because I was told my package had arrived there by USPS costumer service and been sent forwarded to the wrong address. Go and ask for help, get told I'm out of luck and package wasn't there without even looking, then the guy just walks off. Absolutely 0 help in finding me my package.

NOTE: the actual register closes at 5:30 pm, it’s really just the self service / lobby that opens until 6 pm. It’s misleading because the hours don’t state that clearly. While I was waiting in the self service line, there were several customers came in thinking the same thing.

Would give zero stars if I could. Hires aggressive and untrustworthy people to deliver our mail and enter our buildings. Unresponsive to multiple reported issues. Won't be wasting my money here ever again.

Strange things happen with mail here. Packages from completely different addresses are delivered to me. I don’t get my own packages. Schedule re-delivery and each time it NEVER happens. Try to call them— they don’t pick up. I’m generally empathetic with government jobs but this is the worst mail service I’ve ever received. And it’s CONSISTENTLY bad. PLEASE re-train your staff.
