ATM was broke outside took $300 from me when I went to talk to the manager inside she said she knew about this but there was never a sign put on there but she also said it was my responsibility to call corporate there was nothing they could do about it

ATM wasn't working. I contacted the US Bank fraud prevention department and they said a transaction was pending and there was nothing they could do. They made no effort to inform the branch or check the machine. I tried calling the branch and they didn't pick up the phone. I don't know if they're still in business.

I just tried to purchase a 50K CD and after waiting in line (6 people behind me) for about 5 min I am told I needed to make an appointment! "we only have 2 tellers and one person in the back already with someone". I decided to run an errand and come back. This time no one in line but still told I need to make and appointment. Is this deemed customer service!? Guess your bank doesn't want my money.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I don't appreciate being spoken down to as if I'm a child. Of course I know that a PIN number is sensitive. As someone who is in her thirties I don't appreciate being spoken to in a such a condescending tone.

I have no idea why this branch has poor reviews but this US Bank location is incredible. Their customer service is unmatched to any other US Bank branch that I've ever visited. The staff here are so personable and just put a human touch to everything when it comes to money management. It's mostly compromised of professional ladies which I love to see and every single one of them from the top down are exceptional, knowledgeable, proactive and always create the best case scenario for your money (within the parameters of this banking style). I highly recommend US Bank and this particular branch in Northgate. I make the drive all the way from downtown for the staff alone.

At 3pm on a Thursday (and every other time I've come into this branch) there is 1 teller working and a line of 5+ people needing help. Terrible customer service from the 1 teller to boot, but I can only imagine how stressed they must be being here by themselves with so many people angry and impatiently waiting. Super frustrating. I'm going to have to find a different branch, but there really aren't any close to me besides this one.

I've had a U.S. Bank account for three years now, and this was the only bank that would cash my insurance check the same day and at least give me a portion of those funds. The manager really seemed concerned, and I won't forget his professionalism. The cash I got was when I was broke, and thankfully I got a lot done that day because of U.S. bank. Absolutely recommended. As a disabled wartime veteran, I appreciate the free premium checking services.

Was told I could not cash my paycheck because my account was new. I've been at this same exact location for over 3 years. I am a single mother living in Seattle with bills to pay, but I guess that is hard to understand? When I tell the front desk customer service representative that I have been there over 3 years, she just proceeded to tell me I was wrong and just so I was aware she was the only person available at the time. So if you have BILLS to pay and MOUTHS to feed and you want to cash your check after being a loyal customer for over 3 years. You should probably NOT come here.
