I use U.S. Bank for my personal checking, savings, and two credit cards. I like their no annual fee Cash Plus credit card because I can choose two categories like cell phones or home utilities to earn 5% cash back on my purchases in those categories. When I redeem points on their Flex Perks card, I don't get charged airport or airline fees. You can also use points to pay for the annual fee. I can find a branch in most neighborhoods and cities. Which is useful when I am in Magnolia.

I have been a US bank customer for years now. Recently I overdrew my account by $100 and by the end of the month US bank charged me over $200 in fees. no time to recover just one fee after another. Please do yourself a favor and have nothing to do with us bank. they just want to steal your money. us bank does not care about you. take it from a very un satisfied customer who has been nothing but loyal to us bank. they robbed me of my money and will do the same to you.

Great friendly bank. Almost never a wait. Treat you really well, even if you don't have a ton of money. Has parking lot, ATM, drive up. I have free on-line checking. Having lived all over the country, I've experienced many banks. This is my favorite

An employee at my company deposited some funds for me into my business account. They had a deposit slip. They mentioned to the teller that they are making the deposit for a colleague. The teller then asked them if they want their checking account balance,??!!! even though my colleague informed the teller they are depositing funds for someone else. That is a HUGE invasion of privacy--they are willing to give out account balance to anyone depositing money (and not the account owner) They are all MORONS at this branch and need to train their employees on customers privacy rights.

I've been an account owner at US Bank for a year and a half and have no complaints (yet..). The employees are always extremely friendly and smiling (they even offered me cold bottled water from a tray last time!) and there is never a line to wait in. Most of the tellers are very knowledgeable and personable... if they don't have the answer for you, they will immediately grab their manager, which I love. Any and every question I've had has been answered and when I've had them look into certain deposits/withdrawals, they've always contacted me by phone the same day with an answer. I hated banks before I switched to them. Thumbs up!

Last week I had a special request and I expected to be directed over to the manager's desk. Instead the kind teller Ethan that I have dealt with often and is always cheerful and kind, took care of it with a smile. It wasn't seamless for reasons that were beyond his control and understandable but he was honest and cheerful explaining candidly what the deal was an offering a bright suggestion. It was so refreshing to deal with a teller who empowered to make decisions and not pass it onto someone else. In today's impersonal world this bank's staff really goes out of their way to be upbeat and friendly to all that walk through their doors. Bravo for a job well done. If you are tired of your bank, give this one a try!
