Kristin was awesome in handling a deposit that was made into wrong account mistakenly. Initially was told it would take over a week to fix, when a $1500 check was deposited into wrong account but when we called back and dealt with Kristin it got done within hours! Thank you so much for providing excellent service in fixing a problem.

I was thinking of switching my small business account to this US Bank. Years ago I had used US Bank for a saving account and it was a good experience. I had a small check for $45 but I thought I would go in and cash for a non job related thing. My thought is I would get the check cashed and then I would speak to a banker about their business banking options. I was told by the teller I would be charged $7 for changing the check. I said really?? for a $45 check that came from US Bank? I even told her that last month I had cashed the same amount with no charge. She insisted that there was a charge. I took my check and left. As I was walking out the door I could help but think "they don't they even realize that they just lost my small business account over $7? Too bad but if that is how a bank wants to start a relationship I want no part of it.
