I spoke to the girl on the phone and was trying to pick up my package, but she kept interrupting and just wanted to get me off the phone. She asked if I called the customer service number, and I said yes, but it was the robot and wasn't helping. I told her the number I called and she said that's not it. Then, she proceeded to give me the same number. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Paula, the manager of this branch, is extremely rude and unprofessional. The manager of the store on Roy St just a mile north is wonderful and I would highly recommend going to that location instead.
For context, I had specifically called before visiting to ask if they would be able to tape two sides of a box whose shipping I’d already paid for. She said that she would do this free of charge, but after trekking all the way down to the store she decided that I would have to buy my own tape. She insisted that she would only give me one (1) strip of tape for free, otherwise I would have to pay a service charge. Would not budge and was EXTREMELY impolite and unprofessional towards me the entire time, even while I was trying my best not to be rude in return. Somehow having to provide a customer with one extra cent’s worth of tape was worth so much confrontation and losing my business for good. I’m never coming back here.

Horribly rude and completely disinterested. As though they didn’t even want me to be at their store. Paula especially was highly unprofessional, despite seeming to be a senior employee. Had a prepaid box from my company that needed to be assembled and shipped and she refused to let me use 6” of tape without charging me for it. Insisted that there was no way for them to charge the company instead. Then when I asked the price of the tape if I were to purchase it, Paula wouldn’t even answer that very simple question. Guess I know which location I’m never coming back to.

I needed to get some documents notarized for a visa application, the staff here was super helpful and quick with the process. They also helped share money order locations they were aware of when I had been struggling to find any locations around. Big thank you to the kind and helpful staff here!

They charged $3 me to print a UPS label and RMA sheet. $3 for 2 pages. I was only told after the fact. I get charging people for anything else, but why charge people to print a UPS label at the UPS store?

There isn't 1 most important reason, it is a combination of things. UPS Store is near my office and they provide all the services we need at an incredible price.

I can’t thank Abner enough for his help today! I was dealing with a Dyson return for the first time and their method was definitely unconventional. I’m so grateful for Abner’s patience and humor as we finally figured out how to complete this return. I’m thankful that Abner did not give up and was able to help me, even though he’s a new employee and this was a new process for him. He made a potentially frustrating situation so much more lighthearted with his kindness and positive attitude. Thank you!!
