UPS is the worst! Id give them a zero star if I could. #1 horrible communication. Delivery never on time and always delayed. Too many confusing drop-off locations. I can never talk to an actual person on the phone.

I’d like to give a shout out to Mohammed Haq, the driver who delivers in Seattle’s Lower Queen Anne neighborhood. Mohammed’s incredible care for his customers extends far beyond the job requirements. Not only are packages delivered with care and efficiency, but he knows nearly everyone living in the area by name. In 60+ years I’ve never seen consistent customer service like this. Mohammed is special. I/we appreciate him so much!

Delivered a package to my building put it in the Amazon hub but left me no code to open the locker and it has been delivered since January 5th 2024 and I still haven't gotten it yet

Do not use UPS service if you want to avoid headache and be sure your package will be delivered directly to recipient. Their drivers are just sucks. They leave packages everywhere (in a lobby, in a mailbox), but never put it in lockers. They never follow the delivery instructions. Amazon, please stop dealing with them. It’s just a nightmare and wasting time for multiple refunds you are doing because of these guys. I’m sorry.

I shipped some ammunition through here via UPS Ground in January 2024 and the customer service representatives made it super easy and painless. They were accommodating and efficient and the cost was surprisingly cheap. Highly recommend this location.

I am writing this review in a desperate attempt to get help. I had three "signature required" packages left on my front porch, outdoors, while I was out of town. I opened claims for all three and all were closed as there was "proof of delivery" which was the photo of the package dropped off outside while I was away for holiday. I can't get any help and I just want to talk to someone. Please.

Well I can't speak positively for UPS in general but these folks really went the extra mile. They stayed late and helped find a package I needed very badly. Good dudes.

This ups place are the best because they helped us as soon as we walked in the building. And they knew what we came there for. The employee where very welcoming and very nice. They actually wanted to helped us not take their time or acted like they didnt see us wen they did but, this ups where alot different in good way tho. So for ups review rating i would like to give a five/5 star rating, love it 100%. Thank you

You can't get through the phone system to actually talk to a human. My package was days late. Somewhere on a truck. No customer service. Use a different delivery service if you can.
