Do not get your passport photos taken here. The passport agent rejected my photos because they were too blurry and my daughter's bangs were covering her eyebrows. I had to get them retaken at the post office and Bartells would not refund me for the rejected photos.

This is about an incident that occurred in their parking lot today. My exterior driver side car mirror was vandalized today. I came out from shopping and picking up a prescription to find my mirror had been hit and shattered. This happened around 6:30pm May 18th 2023. Be careful and vigilant when parking your car in their lot. I'm shocked that this happened.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to in 50 years. Every and I mean every time I go to pick up a prescription from them there is a problem. It's not ready, they can't reach the doctor, they restocked the med, insurance is not paying, system is down, out of stock etc etc etc. I have used CVS for years without any of these problems even once. Was forced by insurance to switch to Bartells. Will be contacting our HR department with formal complaint to allow us to switch back to CVS. I rarely write reviews and am pretty tolerant of bad customer service but Bartells, at least the Magnolia office, takes this to a new level. As a physician if I gave this type of service to my patients not only would I have no patients but I would have frequent flyer parking at the courthouse for malpractice. STAY AWAY

My packages were supposedly dropped off at this location twice, but the CVS staff never received them. The people named on the proof of delivery provided by UPS do not work in that store. The CVS staff are helpful and friendly, but UPS has a serious problem with communicating correct pickup information.

This place has it all. If still standing after the apocalypse, put this on your first stop post initial outbreak. Drugs, food, flowers, alcohol, holiday cards, and even children's gifts.

This review is specific to the pharmacy and the pharmacist who is quite frankly amazing. I visited Bartell's today, begrudgingly to get a Moderna booster shot. I hate shots and I hate getting them more than anything, and the last shot was quite painful, so i was not looking forward to this one. However I have to give enormous credit to the pharmacist who gave me the shot, because not only was it 100% painless, but he was really considerate and friendly, when I know he was also extremely busy. Great job Bartell's and great job to this Pharmacist!

I'm on hold with the Magnolia Bartells. The timer on my phone says I've been holding for more than 37 minutes. A live body answered and said I'd need to hold. Reasonable, but now it has been more than 39 minutes. This is the absolute worst customer service. Bartells has sucked since they were bought by Rite Aid "Nothing will change." Yeah, right! Timer now says 41 minutes. I'm hanging on at this point just to see if they ever pick up. I'll hang up at the hour mark. Yes, I'm a fool. Thank you neighborhood pharmacy. Hello CVS.UPDATE: Live body at 52 minutes.

It's always full of nescafe pods. Always. Don't know if nobody picks up or if this neighborhood just has oodles of nescafe pods... It's a mess.

The new Rite Aid that that used to Bartels pharmacy is so SLOW..Even though they texted me my prescription was ready, it was not and this is the second time it has been this way. They are understaffed and not apologetic how slow they are.

This used to be an efficient, knowledgeable and friendly pharmacy. Now they don't have prescriptions ready when promised and don't return phone calls. The "under-staffed" excuse is getting old.
