I have been using this store as my preferred pickup point for all of my UPS packages for over a year (renewed this service recently for another year). So far, the experience has been great! The packages are stored well and the store opening hours work for me perfectly, especially ono for my daughter please provide weekends. Staff is very helpful and they remember me by now which makes the pickup process even faster :)

Excellent communication, good range of services, open past 6pm on weeknights, and store employees (Kevin and team) are friendly and efficient. Would recommend choosing this location for all shipping needs.

I've been to this location a few times and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. They also have an Amazon self-service station, which is very convenient.
Reception isn't great in the store, so it might help you get in and out quicker if you have your labels/QR codes ready before you enter.

This location used to have helpful staff but recently there’s a particular blonde guy that’s incredibly rude and wildly unhelpful. I understand there are some things the UPS store can’t control about Amazon returns, but you don’t have to be rude. Today the second person working explained the issue to me and at least tried to be helpful after the blonde guy just said I can’t do anything and walked away.
If you’re going to be an Amazon return location your employees should at least try to understand the process and be available to troubleshoot. Instead they blame Amazon and ignore you.
