I love coming to this particular UPS store because the staff are truly incredible. The team, including Hunter, Lou, and Vex, are all quality people who consistently display professionalism and friendliness. They are always on top of their game, ensuring that my Stop & Shop needs are met efficiently and effectively. They maintain a quick and smooth service no matter how busy it gets. I've visited this store even during high-stress periods such as the holidays, and I am always impressed by their ability to keep their cool. They handle the pressure gracefully and continue to deliver excellent customer service, making every visit a pleasant experience for me.

ABSOLUTELY CRAP UPS LOCATION!! The line was around the store and out the door. All I wanted to do was print and couldn't even do that because the computer didn't work and of the 3 printers, none we working! All 4 staff? So not helpful

Initially, I thought the staff (V) who helped me was friendly and helpful. But 7 days after I mailed out my package internationally which is still stuck in Seattle, I feel I should be better informed. For some reason that V couldn’t explain, he said my package can’t be sent to my destination using UPS with the fastest delivery, then he said it can be shipped using USPS. Then I assumed he opted the fastest delivery by USPS. It’s almost $130, using Priority Express International. In the last few days, I have been very anxious about my package, which has important documents and time-sensitive issues, I looked up lots of info online and found out 2 big facts: 1. Global Express is the fastest, not the one V chose for me. 2. Priority Express International delivery actually has suspension effect on the country of my destination. Even without the suspension, many posts and blogs state that USPS is the least reliable choice for shipping internationally. I told him it is urgent to deliver the document asap, but I feel like the information wasn’t transparent to me at all. I wish he could tell me the facts. I could use FedEx. Although it wasn’t entirely his fault, but I think this kind of situation can be avoided, if the employees could think more for the customers than for their own benefits and revenues. It’s my first time shipping internationally and urgently: definitely an experience and a lesson.

One of the managers is Hunter. He is a highly personable person who remembers his customers names, and is friendly and eager to help. I've been doing business there for 3 years and am completely happy.

Even my lowest expectation of a UPS Store in this type of neighborhood could not have prepared me for walking in at 430pm on a Monday afternoon to see the person with 'Manager' on their name tag having their feet kicked up on the counter and with a glazed look staring at me. Maybe the store can focus less on political posters and providing actual, ya know, customer service?

The woman working today barked at us to read the sign about waiting in line before coming up to the desk. We were the only ones in the store and just walked up quietly and had not said anything at the counter, we were just waiting for the other customer to leave.She then proceeded to say that she's been seeing a lot of chrome things being returned since the Beyonce concert, people just wearing them from Amazon and returning (I was returning silver items but had no idea about any concert). I felt it was racially motivated since I am tan, and completely rude and uncalled for what she was insinuating. It was extremely distasteful and I hope the manager sees this and takes note of the staff and their so called "customer service"

The staff at this store is always super helpful and kind and have helped me out of several jams. Sometimes you really just need to print that one sheet of paper so your kids can go to camp, or what have you. I appreciate their helpfulness, it's a great resource to have in the neighborhood.

Allowed me to print a label for free, held the pick-up drop-off for a couple minutes so they can send out my package instead of waiting until Monday! Great service, and so much better than other locations I’ve been to.

Store doesn't open when it's supposed to, locals tell me it's normal for workers to kinda do whatever. This store was supposed to open at 8:30

Horrible service. Their doors says they open at 8:30, yet that is a complete lie. I needed to get to work yet was late because UPS failed to open on time. I won't be delivering packages to this location ever again. Try the one in U Villiage instead.
