I have been taking my car for services and tire change for several years now at this location and every time I've gotten excellent services.
The crew is knowledgeable and they are honest when it comes to your vehicle needs.
Alvin provided great customer service and Ryan also.
My car's technician this time was Michael and I'm satisfied with his work.

The staff at Lee Johnson Mazda of Seattle are always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Ryan is especially helpful, and everyone else is great, too. The video (which they texted me) of them working on my car is a nice touch. I trust them to take care of my Mazda.

Excellent and responsive service advisor. Technician was able to fix driver's side door that would not unlock. Difficult to disassemble and required new actuator mechanism. Thorough assessment with accurate appraisal of other required (or not) work that needed to be performed. No hassle loaner.

Excellent service. When booking the appointment, Josh understood my issues and was able to schedule the appropriate time . Sara, the technician, sent a detailed video explaining what needed to be done, after carefully examining the car. The service was done promptly and efficiently. All the staff was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Lee Johnson Mazda.
