The food and Bev is the best convenience store in Seattle. The friendliest workers, never had any problems. Super friendly, chatty, and nice people.

I've never been inclined to write a review until today. I've been going to this store for almost two years as a place to pick up my packages and never had issue. However, recently there has been a newer employee who is by far the rudest customer service employee. Two times now I've had to walk in on him eating with no mask on, doesn't wash or sanitize his hands. When I handed him my slip the first time, he searched for ten minutes for package and then told me it "wasn't here and the slip was wrong" despite me looking up the number and it saying he signed for it that morning when it was delivered. I tell him This, he tells me "sorry lady you're wrong" and when I ask him to search one pile more bc I saw he didn't look my package was there, just as I thought. Then today I go in, and see him (no mask again) and hand him my slip. He looks at it, looks around again for ten minutes and says "it's not here". I tell him that last time he told me that I found it for him, and he then rolled his eyes at me and said "well then look for yourself". The first pile of packages by him had my package right on top, with my name and address on it, one he already looked at. He said I had given him the wrong name (how? It's on my slip and ID that he currently held in his hands) and told me it was my fault essentially. This place is not friendly nor Efficient and the employee seems more concerned with his shows on his laptop than actually helping customers.

NEVER go here unless you want to be insulted IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS! I'm currently on crutches with a broken foot, and this place was unfortunately the access point that UPS decided to choose where I had to pick up my package from. When my friend and I walked into the store, I told the cashier that I had a package I needed to pick up to which he asked if I had brought my door slip. I told him no and he said he couldn't help me unless I had it. He then said "Just come back with it in the next 5 days" and explained that it gets sent back if I'm not back in time. I asked if there was any other way I could retrieve it today because I'M ON CRUTCHES. He then mentions that he could give me my package if I had an email confirmation, which I proceeded to look for. While I'm searching through my emails for the confirmation, he says, "Obviously you didn't read the door slip because it says to bring it with you". At this point I'm PISSED because I crutched uphill to get to this access point and I read the door slip, and nowhere does it say that I need it to pick up my package! He has other customers that he's attending to while I'm searching for this email and I eventually find it and ask him if that was good enough. He says ok but makes a rude comment in front of the other customers saying "I'm sorry I have to help her first. She is not feeling well." and he adds a giggle to end it! My friend says, "Excuse me?!" but he stayed quiet. Then he says to me, "Can you carry this? It's heavy like 20 pounds." Like obviously not! I'm on crutches! I sign for the package, my friend grabs it and we leave. Worst customer service ever. I don't know if it was the owner but he was bald and had a slight accent (maybe Indian?). I've also attached photos of the UPS slip because I read it thoroughly and it doesn't say you need the slip to pick up your package. So obviously, he didn't read the door slip.

I arrived at 9am when the store was supposed to open to drop off a package (they are a UPS drop off site). When I arrived the store was dark and there was nobody inside. I waited an additional 15 minutes and still nobody showed up. I couldn't wait any longer but now have to carry a large package around with me all day because the store didn't open on time.
