I was in town for a work trip from Miami and was looking to buy some cigars. I can't say thank you enough to the gentleman who helped me feel right at home and for the recommendations. They have a great selection. The service and hospitality were unmatched. I will be coming here whenever I'm in town. Thank you!!

This is the best cigar shop in Seattle. They have an amazing selection of cigars and the staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. I learned a great amount of knowledge from smoking with them, they made me feel right at home. If you want a great selection from great people then look no further, this is your place.

Came here to get guidance on my first cigar purchase. Hector was super helpful picking out a few options, set me up with what I needed, and gave me a run down of the basics. Came back to buy more of a couple I liked and get recommendations for a few similar ones to try. Daniel was equally helpful and answered lots of questions. Glad I came here for help, will be returning for sure! Great place with folks who know their stuff and are enthusiastic about helping.

This is the spot, such a great experience talking with Daniel. I’m a novice to the cigar world, I know a few things but Daniel helped select a few different profiles to sample. He also did an excellent job painting the broad strokes of the cigar world and market. 10/10 boutique experience and made a genuine effort to create a relationship with a new customer.

Annoying. Sign says Open. Door says to ring bell for service. Bell says they will be right there. 20 minutes no response. No answer to phone either. Annoying after 20 minute lyft ride to get there. Ridiculous.Adjusted. Owner showed up. Great conversation and great knowledge. Also just down to earth. Would be great if they were present to meet the needs but again well worth the wait.

Came in last April 2022 after moving to Seattle & have been back on a regular basis since my first visit as I enjoyed the boutique selection of cigars including the extremely fair pricing on OpusX's.During my first visit I was warmly greeted by Daniel, who turned out to be the proprietor. Daniel, who had an encyclopedia of knowledge on cigars asked myself a few questions on my preferred flavor profile, favorite cigars, preferred size, etc. to ensure he gave an appropriate recommendation - which turned out to be of the better cigars I've had in awhile. It's always nice to have a shopkeeper who recommends the right product and not the most expensive cigar in the shop, as his recommendation was cheaper rather than what I would have chosen without his assistance.While unfortunately Washington State has an indoor smoking ban outside of tribal land - the staff with Brian and Hector, gave some great recommendations on outside areas where I could smoke including one that's not too far from the shop.Overall if looking for a boutique cigar in Seattle especially if in Downtown/Lake Union, I'd highly recommend popping into the Union Cigar Society.

Fantastic little shop, the staff know their smokes and will get you a good stick, no matter your level of cigar enjoyment. From amateur to afficianado, these guys will make sure you leave with what you want. I will be returning.
