I trust Union Bay Garage completely. They are very competent, will do a very thorough inspection of a car you want to buy, and will do their utmost to keep your car running at a reasonable cost. They will tell you what might be needed down the road, but won't push you to do anything that is not strictly necessary. High integrity, high quality, high value.

I had an oil leak and took it to their shop to get it looked at. They charged me a diagnosis fee of around $250 and couldn't find what was wrong (or did not look). They told me they are seeing a lot of oil around my engine and they would just clean it up it should be fine since they don't see where the leak is. The person I was speaking with was also very dismissive of the issue like it wasn't their problem when I was paying them. I brought my car to a different repair shop and they found the issue right away. They fixed it and was a lot less expensive. I would not recommend bringing your car here.

Union Bay Garage moved to Lake City a few years ago and I have been using them since they have been in Lake City. I have found them to be very honest, professional and their pricing is reasonable. When you call you will be dealing with Jordan. she is super helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Union Bay Garage.

Union Bay was recommended to me by a friend. My granddaughteris a student at the University of Washington with a car.Well, she informs grandpa the car is making a funny noise, short of it needs to get fixed I call and talk with Jordan at UBG. This lady is amazing we set up an appointment. The granddaughter took the car in,fixed the same day minor issue that could have become big.All this was done by phone, as a person that turn wrenches, I know my 19 year old granddaughter was treated fairly and honestly.Thank You UBG and Jordan.Grand PaTim Port Ludlow Wash

Business is business I get it, but showing little bit of loyalty to old customer is also very great-full to business and relation wise. Been doing service to this place for past 3 to four years, but last time was very strange unwelcoming moment I’ve ever had! Took a car to check up and told her (Jordan ) please don’t fix anything before checking with me . So she checked , did gave some time into it and issued me a bill with $111 for maybe less than 25 minutes check up, well I was like ok? No discount too fine! But came out with no solution to it also on top of that she even damaged the car MORE than before! Really? I could have taken these matter into long run, but chose not to because I’m more embarrassed to even argue with her about it since knowing and being customer for very long time. Hope you guys understand after issuing a fat bill for doing nothing and that makes y’all feel did a job ?

Highly recommend this garage! I had an issue after hitting debris and had to unexpectedly drop in. The staff immediately helped me, investigated the issue, and explained what was going on in clear terms (I know very little about cars!). They put my mind at ease and fixed the issue. Thank you so much for the help and great customer service.

I can't recommend this garage enough. The best auto mechanic operation in Seattle, and unfortunately I've used a number of them. They brought my car back from the dead in 2014, and they have just helped me out again by fixing yet another complex problem through rigorous investigation. Jordan at the front desk is outstanding in her patience and ability to explain a complex problem. They are my go-to.
