I had an incredible experience with Tyra on a Saturday morning. She was patient, knowledgeable (impressively knowledgeable), and had the best energy. She listened to this novice and made me feel like I made the best choice for me and elevated moment. I cannot wait to get home and try them. I had to write this first before I get into my best most relaxed state. Thank you for being so welcoming and kind. Wyld times abound!

I was digging this place and also wanted to try their car wash and bottle shop but last night when I was in there I'm pretty sure one of the people working there stole $20 from me out of the ATM after I forgot to take it. I was in there around closing time and I use the ATM real quick and forgot to take my money out and when I realized this I turned around and one of the employees was standing by the ATM apparently cleaning it. I asked them if they saw my 20 in there and they said no. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided that maybe I forgot to complete the entire process. It takes some time for ATM withdrawals to show up in my bank account app so I wasn't able to check right away. So I had to get another $20 and pay another ATM fee, but when I got home, I checked my bank account again and sure enough there were two $20 withdrawals and two ATM fees. I searched my wallet, my car, and all of my pockets to see if the 20 might've fallen out and I made a mistake but the $20 was not to be found. I'm pretty sure the employee took it. it's sad that even going to a weed dispensary will remind you how sick and broken this world has become. Obviously I won't be back to any of uncle Ikes stores and I'll be letting everybody that I know that smokes this story. Such a shame a nice place hires dishonest employees. If I find my $20 or at least figure out what happened and it wasn't the employee, I will edit/delete this review.

Yaz was so very helpful and knowledgeable and kind. She listened to me and really heard me about what I was seeking. I felt seen! She did all this with focus and economy of time. There was only one person behind me, but, courteous to a fault, Yaz both gave me her full attention but kept things moving, as we both intended. I feel like my selection has turned out perfectly for me. I really left it up to Yaz. I feel like I was just given something to make me feel better in this difficult life on a cold and damp evening in a sort of personal therapy way, like a good witch gives an apple in the forest to a little girl, or, well, to the suddenly shockingly AARP age lady. Whom is just in shock about it, among other things. I needed an apple from a good witch in the dark gloomy city forest tonight. Thank you, Yaz.

LOL, it seems like once a year this store/brand blows me away in the oddest ways possible. Adopting a “new price model” that increases the hell out of product prices just so the discounts look/sound better to the customer? Yeah, no. That’s corny af and I’m done after today’s purchase. Please understand how *crazy* you look to be the ONLY store selling a particular brands ounce for $522 when it’s still $380 elsewhere. Same brand, the eighths are now $80+ here as opposed to $60-$62 elsewhere… or I should say everywhere else. You can’t even price match at this point without losing money to the price increases you’ve put in place. Again, you look crazy and it definitely is shady business, which another customer pointed out. You can’t even blame wholesale prices going up—they’re only charging Uncle Ike’s more expensive wholesale pricing? Uhhkay.

Unfortunately, I have to change my review from great prices and great products to way overpriced and the selection is meager at best. Seriously, they have raised prices by over 50% on almost all of their products, you can buy the same brands for half the price at Zips.

Prices are good and service is usually good but they have messed up my preorders a number of times and a manager hasn’t been on site to fix them and since I paid I have no option to get a refund without waiting for a manager. Sigh. Should have gone elsewhere which I already know I should have cause you know, the politics.

I normally come in to buy, and was excited to see a 30% off sale today, however when I went in, everything was "30% off" but they had raised the prices so much that almost everything cost the same or was more expensive?? Shady shady buisness...

Genuinely a great pot shop. Great product, great selection, great service, and great people! 10/10! I just moved to Seattle, from a non-legal state. I've only been to few shops, this one is by far the best one, after my first experience this shop has gained my loyalty! Highly recommend

I am a tourist and I don’t take my passport everywhere, cause it’s dangerous. Only my international drives license, that was not accept in this place, cause he said he can’t accept a document from Brasil, but this document it’s from an American company. My visa, that is a document official from the government, they also didn’t accept. So if you are a tourist in town, avoid this dispensary, cause they are just interesting to work for locals. Good lucky

I decided to make a online order for this location yesterday on 11/21/23 at around 9:00PM because I heard good reviews about this Uncle Ike location. As I walk into the store, the female security who was working the door was cool about me not allowing her to touch my ID. The security guard showed me how to scan my ID to proceed with picking up my online order with my friend who came with me. After the security guard let us inside, the male who was by himself working the counter was making small talk behind our back towards the security guard and I can tell it was in regards to not wanting my ID touched. After my friend pulled her money out of the ATM, we walk up to the male bud-tender who did not look enthusiastic after we told him we were a online pick up. After the male bud-tender handed our stuff back, he slammed the cash register and didn't even say thank you then proceeded to walk away saying something under his breath. I never had this experience happen at the Olive Way location, you might want to rethink who you hire, maybe the bud-tender was having a bad day but it serves no right to be unprofessional and disrespectful to your local customers. My friend was very uncomfortable with the interaction and service that was provided at this Uncle Ike's location. I will not be returning to this location.
