Their service is surprisingly fast. My pixel 7 had black screen and was under warranty. They replaced the screen for free in 1.5 hrs. Highly recommend them.

Easy website to navigate, quick appointment scheduled, helpful and knowledgeable folks at the University Ave store in Seattle, reasonable price, quick turnaround time on the repair, and 100% solved my problem! (I had an iPod classic that needed a new 8mm jack). A+++

I had the pleasure of getting assisted by John and Gage to fix a manufacturer defect with my device. I was in and out in under 30 minutes with my phone finally working again. Super frustrating. I was already having a hard time leaving my work to go get this done. They aren't able to help you out whatsoever at the location. They can't switch the claim repair location from one to the other. They don't have any computers or phones you can use to help do it either. I triple checked to make sure this location was going to be able to do it. Right before I left they called me at my work and said hey I just want to make sure I can save you a trip. What kind of phone do you have? Let me make sure I have the screen. I told him what kind of phone I had and he said yep we have that 100%. How long until you're here? I said 20 30 minutes. He said We'll get it done for you man. I get there They had no idea what I was talking about. The kid couldn't find me in the system. The manager comes out and says yeah we ordered the part for it'll be here in 3 to 5 days like that would help me at all. I complained I said I double check before I drove across town and for rush hour. He said sorry we didn't talk to me. Didn't talk to him. We have a new guy. He was rude, was not understanding and it was a complete waste of time. Don't recommend this place if you are working person and need something done quick and can rely on the words of what people say.

I’ve used this facility for a number of small computer repairs over the years and the result and customer service were great. Sadly, my recent experience for a laptop repair was not. It took one week and my calling to the store to tell me what I had told them when I brought in the laptop and that a needed part was unavailable and there was no estimate on getting it nor any alternative. I picked up my laptop and took it elsewhere for repair. Poor service and nil consideration for time and trouble means going elsewhere for future repairs. I would no longer recommend this business.

My phone screen was smashed to pieces and they replaced it! The repair took about an hour and a half. I had insurance through Google so I only paid $20. Good location near the Light Rail.

I was having some issues with my Verizon claim. The staff at the u district asurion office were incredibly kind and helped me navigate what had previously been a stressful situation. After figuring out a workaround and solution, they put a rush on fixing my phone in order to get it done prior to closing. Top notch service and top notch people, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I had a device protection claim preapproved by Google for a screen replacement and set up an appointment to drop the device off. When we picked it up, they claimed Google subsequently told them to stop then denied the claim, but they went ahead and fixed it anyways. So cough up a few hundred or wait a few more hours for them to put the busted screen back on. Calling Google support, they said that the claim was still open, totally approved, and they had never seen a repair botched quite like this. The UBIF Manager had no interest in discussing, let alone remedying the situation. A perfect combination of incompetence and apathy; avoid this place at all costs.

Asurion takes advantage of customers who trust that their device will be repaired in good faith. They somehow managed to break my iPhone when I took it in for a battery replacement. I suspect that the technician, Prince K, is skimming passwords or stealing phones. Prince claimed that he needed to write down my passcode for the repair, and turned off “find my iPhone”. When I went to pick up my phone, he tried to convince me to leave my phone with him for a second battery replacement, since the first one had sent my phone into recovery mode (a standard Apple security feature). I denied and took it home, later realizing that my volume buttons were not working. I took it to the Apple Store, where they told me that my phone was irreparably broken (volume buttons are required for any restart) and to immediately change all my passwords. Additionally, I later realized that I had been charged for a phone cleaning which had not been performed. Wish I could give this place zero stars.

Trying to take advantage of those they deem tech illiterate. My girlfriend came into this store asking for a simple battery replacement for an iPhone, they proceeded to overcharge her double the quote of the apple store and put her phone in recovery mode, telling her they needed to buy ANOTHER battery to fix it. This was not at all the problem, restoring connection to an iCloud account and running an update to the OS solved the problem, the replacement battery was fine. Furthermore their "diagnostic tests" were all fabricated and the technician, prince, claimed that he had spent hours researching the problem, when it took minutes for me to diagnose and i don't even have an iPhone. Last but not least these scum took a note of her password in the receipt, deeply unprofessional and unsafe computer security. Do not go here this was an obvious attempt to scam someone. I will be contacting corporate to go after this guys job because he may be skimming passwords on the side.

This place hidden charged me for a "phone clean" without actually cleaning out the speakers or any of the slits in my phone. Furthermore, they nearly bricked my phone for a simple screen repair (?). Considering right to repair is a thing for Apple devices it is absolutely pitiful that this place believes it knows repair process better than apple themselves. Just follow their manuals ! They release them online now....Also for some God forsaken reason they wrote my password down when I wasn't there. Super suspect and I immediately changed iCloud and phone pass when I got it back.
