Went looking for men's jewelry and they had a very limited set of options (two bracelets and lots of old-school [as in chest hair required] gold chains). My wife likes it here though :-)

Store was amazing and jewelry was beautiful. Just two complaints, the person who greeted us would not leave us alone. We just wanted to browse at our own pace and look for items and talk amongst ourselves and she kept following us and kept taking to us. Just very pushy. Second complaint would be, after spending 1200 on earrings, not the most expensive, but you would expect a box for earrings. Even buying cheap earrings at Macy's you get a box. We were given a plastic bag for the earrings quite unusual.Overall great store and merchandise, just some things were off.

My wife came in looking at their jewelry collection. The interior was modern and spacious.There were collections from different artists all over the world. Every artist had their own little area, which was fitting.My wife found some beautiful necklaces, and the lady helping her was very patient and kind. My wife bought the necklace and wore it out.

Dale was fantastic, helped us narrow down to some beautiful pieces for our wedding rings and provided fantastic service. 10/10 would recommend. They have a lot of really neat items too.

So far this is my fav jewelry store. They have a collection of various designers from all over the world. Prices are ok as well. They are really kind and friendly! We bought 2 necklaces and they helped us to customize them. Will definitely visit regularly:)

Newly married VERY happy customer here!My husband bought my engagement ring from Twist and worked with Jill (now retired but she was so amazing) and ended up buying his wedding band from Twist as well.The selection of individual and unique artists is unmatched anywhere in Seattle. If you truly want something that no one else has this is the place. I also have to give a huge shout out to Cullen whom helped me along with Jill. He was so helpful in making sure I was happy, that my ring was perfect and every detail was exactly as it should be. Above and beyond with the customer service. We are customers for life!

Twist has outstanding customer service. We bought my engagement ring from them. They have been amazing about follow up service - sending in my ring for resizing, answering questions, etc. They have such a gorgeous selection of artists and pieces... I'm always eyeing a few things at the store.

I fell in love with Twist when I first discovered this adorable, magical shop in Portland. So whenever I happen to be at UVillage, I honestly can't help myself, I just have to pop into Twist. Mostly to look...but also secretly hoping to find something special that speaks to me. This past week, as luck would have it, I was a touch early for HH with a friend, and I figured, just a quick peek. I've been drawn to Jill Platner pieces before, so maybe not by chance, I slowed when I spotted her signature necklaces--simple, silver pendants on durable, black waterproof strings with fin-like clasps. Dale was so kind, asked if I wanted to try one on...heck, why not? So I did and loved it. I've been looking for something special to remind me of someone very dear to me. Truthfully, I'm not someone to be impulsive and buy jewelry for myself, so I asked to think about it and come back after seeing my friend. Well, time got the best of us, so I missed returning before closing. When I got home, maybe like art, jewelry, too, can linger in our thoughts if it's just the right piece. So, I called the store and left Dale a VM asking if there may be a chance to buy over the phone and have the necklace mailed to me. The next day...ack, when I was driving, Cullen called me back, but since I can't do two things at once and not crash, I asked to call him back later. Again, time got the best of me, so I called Twist back, a bit before closing time, but the gal who answered wasn't able to find the necklace. I felt for sure that maybe it wasn't meant to be...but the next day, I was pleasantly surprised when Cullen called and offered to mail me the piece. Wow. So when I received the package in the mail, beautifully wrapped, the next day, I had no regrets. It was perfect. Thank you, Dale and Cullen, for exemplifying such amazing customer service...reminding me why I love Twist so much.

Walked in with my wife to browse for necklace options. The woman that greeted us asked what we were looking for and promptly told us that their items were pretty expensive (precious metals, precious and semi-precious gemstones). This was before she even knew our budget or how much we wanted to spend. We were not dressed like we were going to spend big $$, but you never know who you're talking to in Seattle. Had flashbacks from that scene in Pretty Woman, and was completely turned off by that vibe.

I have been coming to Twist for years both the Portland and Seattle shops. Love this place, love their unique jewels- My husband recently purchased a ten year wedding anniversary piece and I couldn't be more happy with the amazing piece of art!!
