As a traveling nurse, new to the area, looking for a trusted auto repair place to do my 4Runner stuff…I am so grateful to have found this place! Communication fabulous! Feeling of honesty and “integrity” fabulous ! Cleanliness fabulous! Feeling that they are on your side, not doing unneeded repairs - yes! And Amber up front is the best at communication and follow through. Great experience. Will return for sure. My new favorite find !

Everyone I interacted with at Integrity Automotive was so helpful and knowledgeable. When the cost of repairs outweighed the car’s value, they advised us not to continue work. They then helped answer all of our questions and made online payment and after hours pickup super easy! We will definitely be back :)

Great first impression. I used to take my cars to the dealership where I bought them but lost trust in them. Trying out this local option. Very responsive, text based communications for scheduling, quotes, approvals, etc.

My service team was amazing, and very professional. I sent my vehicle in for what I thought was shifting problems with my Range Rover, but Integrity inspected and determined that it was a broken spark plug which was replaced and other maintenance items were completed. My experience was impressed and will be going back to their shop for my future needs. Thank You!

They have always been respectful and honest. They saved me almost $1000 over the dealership on my recent repair. Some services are more expensive than the dealer but they do a more thorough job instead, so it depends upon if you want quality or price in some situations. Other maintenance items are cheaper than the dealer and competing shops. So you just have to do your on comparison. i go with Integrity almost every time.

I took my Passat in for a Buyer's / Seller's Inspection report. They were booked like most other places in the area, but when they heard the time constraints I was facing, they promised to work me in the next day! I was thrilled. The report was thorough, and I was able to sell my car two days later. Thank YOU! The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I will definitely do more business with them in the future.
