Popped in to Toyota of Lake City a few months ago to very casually look for a new SUV. Derrick was super helpful, answered all my questions, and was communicate and responsive without being pushy while my wife and I considered our options. Came back last week to look at Siennas and left that night with exactly what we were looking for. Had a great experience working with Derrick and Chris (GM)

The sales associate was polite and pleasant to talk with. But wouldn't answer questions. So he lost me when it took over a half hour just to get a price quote.
ETA: @Owner. No thank you. My time was already wasted with the evasiveness of the sales associate. I went elsewhere and they answered my questions with complete transparency. I am purchasing my Toyota at another dealership.

Toyota Lake City service is a rock solid repair shop. In particular, I've been working with Greg D as my go to service advisor and he is down right awesome. He's been going above and beyond to help me keep my GR Corolla happy and healthy. The mechanics also ensure that my car is well taken care of, and I'm immensely appreciative of their efforts. We've also been taking our Prius here for service and only have had positive experiences. The shuttle service is also super convenient for picking up and dropping off the car without bugging a buddy or SO for rides. I'd recommend them to anyone who owns a Toyota in a heartbeat.

Don't waste your time totally scam
They don't value your time After multiple emails/phone calls they confirmed they have few cars matching with my needs i made an appointment when I got there the guy named Chase told me ther is no car available.
