Great job towing the wrong Tesla!!! 10/10 would recommend again to anyone looking to ruin their day, or the day of a complete stranger legally parked in there assigned parking spot. And as a bonus if you call them they’ll tell you to pound rocks.

This man towed my car twice. The first time, I noticed a dent after leaving the lot, and when I called him, he brushed me off, claiming it wasn't his problem since I’m already out of his lot. Despite my attempts to reason, he threatened to involve the police if I persisted, ignoring my calls thereafter. Today, after meticulously inspecting my car, I found a scratch. When I confronted him, he accused me of causing it with my keys, despite standing right beside me. If only he had apologized, I might have forgiven the damage. Instead, he was rude, yelling in my face, leaving me feeling utterly defeated and disheartened. If you get towed by him make sure to check your car and take lots of pictures. Once you leave the parking lot there is nothing you can do.

My car got impounded inadvertently and he charged me over 1,000 to get it back, this company is ripping people off and scaming them, and the owner/driver is very very rude, and says nasty things to the customer, I do not recommend ever dealing with this company!

Got my car towed at night from a private lot and was told that the office is only open 8-5 on weekdays despite Google maps saying they’re “open” 24hrs every day. Charged me $500, $100 additional for some kind of service they refused to explain to me and an additional $80 for “storage” despite not being allowed to pick up my car for the first 12 hours as they were closed and then being charged for a full other 12 hours right after they opened their office. Predatory towing company. Will be contesting this with the City of Seattle. It’s unconscionable that the City of Seattle allows towing companies to make so much money from adding up fees as it makes it impossible for some to even reclaim their vehicles. $400 for towing and $80 for each additional day is insanity.

Shahrokh with ET towing helped me tow my car today and did a fantastic job! I only had a few hours to step away from work and figure out how to fix my flat tire. He was responsive and dependable, showing up 30 minutes after I called. He was kind, friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone!

ET Towing doesn’t seem to be in business anymore. My building used them for towing illegal parkers and they used to have a good respond time, but they haven’t answered calls in months and my neighbors run into the same problem. No response and leaving a voicemail is useless.

Deceitful. Charged $225 more than was quoted on the phone. He arrived later than promised knowing I was waiting with my car on the side of the road. He loaded my car, then gave me the invoice knowing I was stuck. The only way he could take a credit card payment was by writing down my card info and processing it later. Don't use this company.
