I have used Touch Tech for 5-6 years. They handle my computer needs gracefully from laptop replacement to software issues. Occasionally they are slow to respond is if they have a big job. Recently Brain helped rescue my laptop from SEATAC's Lost and Found which was above and beyond. They are definitely part of the tech worlds 'Good Guys' reliable support.

TouchTech is our "Go To" team for regular tech support whether it be professional or personal. We have even set up quarterly "IT Health Checks" in order to ensure all vital updates are completed on time and that our computers and laptops are functioning properly. Brian always responds quickly and Fong is our favorite tech guy. I can even set him up virtually with access to my laptop and do other things as he runs through everything. Amazing. Fong is always patient, easy to work with and never ever makes us feel like we are asking a d*** question. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience. I paid TouchTech Systems over $800 on a MacBook screen repair that failed after 49 days.Rather than offering to find out why it would have failed so soon again, such as a possible failure to diagnose the underlying cause of (future) failure, TouchTech Systems simply pointed to "30 days warranty" fine print and left me footing the bill of both the initial failed repair and any new diagnosis and repair.I would have expected them to have a sense of pride and responsibility in their work, and to meet me halfway on resolving a situation they said "had not happened before" - a claim that now rings hollow. There are other repair options in town, including ones that are actually Apple-certified for repairs.

Beware…this is a shady operation and does NOT have a retail store. I would not trust them with my expensive electronics….

Brian fixed my MacBook Pro in less 3 hours. He came to my home to pick it up and deliver it to me once he fixed it. I have never received good service like this at the Apple store. He fixed my video card issue and allowed me to get back into my laptop since it had been almost two years since I last used it. Thank you Brian for your awesome work and great customer service!

Touch Tech upgraded my MacBook Pro by installing a SSD and additional ram. They were cordial and supportive on the phone. When I emailed them the spec information on my machine I had a quote within a day. Brian Presser came to my home to pick it up on Thursday morning. It was done and delivered back to me on Saturday afternoon. It’s like having a new machine! I can’t say enough good things about Brian and his team. Incredible customer service. They listen, they are patient and quick. This firm is awesome and I highly recommend them for your computing needs.

When the hard drive on my iMac went out, Brian and his team replaced it and managed to retrieve the data from the old drive so my computer runs like new. Since I am disabled and getting the computer in and out of my car is a challenge, I really appreciated that Brian came to pick it up and brought it back when it was repaired. Great service!

A while ago my MacBook Pro's CD drive failed and despite my slightly above average abilities repairing computers I couldn't get it running again. Now the geniuses at the Apple Store had the only suggestion of replacing it with a new MacBook Pro since mine was considered out of date. (MacBook Pro 17-inch, mid 2010) Since I didn't want to donate a kidney in order to pay for a new laptop, and my "outdated" one was/is still in top shape, I still thought repair was an option. I ran across TouchTech during the West Seattle Street Fair and chatted with Brian the owner briefly about my issue. He said: "Bring it in and I'm sure we can get you back up and running." Took it in and in about 2 days I got a call to come pick it up and that is was all done and working fine. Couldn't be happier. works like a champ. Brian is very polite and precise and keeps you in the know of what he's going to do, and the price...more than reasonable. The only downside about TouchTech?....it's not open on the weekends and since I live in Tacoma...trying to get to TouchTech after getting off work and getting thru Tacoma traffic before they close was a bit of a challenge. Other than that...if you have a apple and it needs repair...Brian and TouchTech Systems can help you out. This review is a little late in the making...I kept meaning to write it many many, months ago and kept losing track, but I plan on having some additional work done (seeing if my traditional hardrive can be changed to an SSD). I'll keep ya posted.
