I've been getting alterations done at Total Fashion for years and absolutely adore them. Sun and her husband are so kind and welcoming. My clothes always turn out perfectly and exactly how I envisioned. The turn around is super speedy and the quality is amazing. Worth every cent!

Nordstrom wouldn't add pockets to my linen clothing (Sarah Clemens Clothing, you can't get them any more on etsy) but Total Fashion did a great job. They warned me that you can see a bit of the lining (since the pants weren't designed and sewn with pockets on them - but honestly wearing them you can't see much and the difference between having pockets and not makes garments much more wearable. I think it helped that I brought an example of Sarah Clemens linen pants that DID have pockets, to use as a pattern but I suspect they've done enough pockets it didn't matter that much. Great work, one week turnaround time for about half dozen pairs of pants.

I brought in shirts that fit me through the shoulders but needed taking in around the midsection and arm holes. Incredibly fast. Beautifully done. Highly recommend.

I googled an alteration place nearby Ballard and found Total Fashion Alterations in Greenwood. After reading some of the reviews, I took my wedding dress in for hemming and addition of cups into the dress. Not only was the alteration perfect (the result was beautiful), but the owner went above and beyond to find the best material for the dress. The owners are friendly, empathetic, and highly-skilled! The dress was done in 2 weeks and it looks beautiful! I highly recommend Total Fashion Alterations and plan on going back for any future alteration needs. Also, the final cost was half of estimates I received from other shops!

I have taken many items and every time I get them back it’s perfect. Owners are super sweet and helpful. Things are done when they say and not over priced. Don’t waste your time or money at any other place, Total Fashion Alterations is the best around.

I am 5' tall, so most of my clothing has to be altered in some way. I have been taking things to Total Fashion for a few months, and they always do a fantastic job. My husband has also taken shirts to be shortened, pants to be repaired, etc. I won't go anywhere else now!

As a short, curvy person I get a whole lot of things altered and Total Fashion Alterations has been great. I've had pants, jumpsuits, and dresses hemmed, sleeves shortened, waists taken in, shoulder wonkiness fixed, and much more. They've done a great job each time, are always nice, helpful, speedy, and reasonably priced.

These skilled tailors will ensure you have your desired fit, unbelievably quick and unbelievably fair priced. I highly recommend this business- you will be in excellent hands- trust me, I know!! My dress was taking in perfectly. At first I thought it might be a bit too loose, but after trying it on at home it became clear that this is the perfect alteration- because it is still comfortable and extremely flattering. The finishing work is impeccable so much so that you will wonder how it has even been altered without a trace. Support this business- you will not regret it. Attention to detail isn’t as high as you’d expect. Gave them three identical linen shirts. One was hemmed to be 3cm longer and it showed when I wore it. He mocked me that do I use a “micrometer” and then suggested I try another shop next time. They got two of them right so why not just accept the mistake on the third. Their work is generally fine - 4 stars. His attitude drops it to 2 stars.

The owners are super nice here and provided me with great customer service. The stitching on my jackets zipper was coming undone and they took care of it right away for me and had me in and out super quick. They are super friendly and took care of me right away, if I need anything fixed or altered I plan to bring it back here.
