Looked like a very nice store. We were the only customers in the store and it took about 10 minutes of walking around before we were greeted. Not impressed on the customer service that sells high priced items.

I went to shop in this store couple of weeks ago and the staff members seemed very unmotivated. They were hesitant to help me with my inquiries about providing different sizes (although no other customer was in the store). I spent a good amount of money but didn't feel welcome there and probably won't shop from them again.

A beautiful store with a great selection of clothing for both men and women. The team were extremely helpful and friendly. They have everything you need for your vacation or staycation. Will be back again for sure.

NICOLE and team were AMAZING!GO HERE!Best shopping experience of our lives to date.Friendly, honest, real, truthful, aware of her products, understood style, helpful, collaborative, NICOLE should be working at the top retail stores in the world, and we didnt catch her team mates name, our bad, but he was AWESOME also! I hope store manager and local retail office recognize a STAR team when they see them! LOVE IT, and I'm definitely making it a priority to shop here again!Also was super gracious in handling our needs PLUS the rambunctious behaviour of our two kidos while providing this excellent service outlined above!!! 5 stars is not enough!

Needed to pick up a birthday present and they have some nice purple UW logo clothing for men and women. I left with a birthday present and a Christmas present. I don't normally shop here because it isn't my style at this price point.

I have spent a lot of money at U Village Tommy Bahamas- always thought of it as an upscale store. Last spring I bought my father a birthday present shirt - cost 115.00- shortly after he was diagnosed with cancer. He became very ill and we almost lost him. He has made it through and his birthday shirt which he never wore- has tags still on in is too big for him now. I m rarely in Seattle but this last time in I took my father back to the store to exchange the shirt for one that fit him. After talking to Nicole at the store and explaining about his illness and his inability to make it in early to exchange was curtly told that she couldn't help us because it was past the exchange period and proceeded to walk away from us. While the cost isn't a Gucci price it isn't cheap and and I've spent a lot of money in that store. You'd think there would be a little compassion and understanding in this what I thought an upscale store. Even though I really like their brand I'll never buy another TB item

Spent $274 and was asked if it was okay to be charged 5 cents for the paper bag. I said yes and had a sardonic smile on my way out.
